ok. Did not communicate that one door could not be rekeyed while he filed away at the door and made a mess.

The company fixed the lock on my back door the 2nd day after I called the company. They gave me good estimate and advice and fixed the problem below the originally estimated price.

Great! I didn't realize there were three locks but the service professional explained the situation and was able to get me a discount.

These folks were super easy to schedule with and friendly as well. The locksmith was able to re-key 3 exterior locks in less than an hour with no problems at all. Recommend highly.

I highly recommend National Lock & Key and Andre, their locksmith. I had previously scheduled the company to change the locks on my family’s new home after closing. Within hours of taking ownership of the house, I locked myself out of the property on the second-story deck (a great way to learn that door's lock was broken). I contacted National Lock & Key to inform them of the situation, and the staff was understanding and communicated the situation to the locksmith. When Andre arrived, he was extremely gracious and professional and quickly entered the home, freeing me from my second-story deck. Andre made short work of the lock changes that I had initially scheduled: He re-keyed four locks in no time, and all of the keys work perfectly. If I need the services of a locksmith in the future, I will be contacting National Lock & Key.

The locksmith was punctual and very friendly. He went over several security options with us and helped us come up with a plan for the whole home. He quickly changed the locks, installed an eye hole for the main door and recommended some other options. We will definitely re-use their services.

The technician was late (my window was from 2-4 and he arrived at 430pm) but he was apologetic and the service provided was exemplary. Rekeying the locks took no time at all. I asked about two other lock issues and he provided me advice on how I could address them myself, even offering the make and model so I could order the part. That's great service!

Absolutely first class. I called them in a panic because i found out that a contractor working in my house had a criminal record. I explained that he had a key and i was stopping work and needed my locks rekeyed immediately. i'm sorry I didn't get the name of the person I spoke to but she was AWESOME! Understood the situation and set me up with a same day appointment using the Angie's list special price. Andre arrive within the agreed upon timeframe and set to work replacing my locks - 4 of them! - for a very reasonable price. He even tolerated my uber-annoying dogs who seem to particularly love anyone from Angie's List! Anyway, he got it done quickly and efficiently and I now feel safe again. I can't recommend this company more highly . Excellent service all around.

The company responded quickly to our request to rekey the locks at our new home. Our technician, Andre, was on time, professional and efficient. We appreciated that the work was done a day after our call. Andre recommended a deadbolt lock to be installed on one door and he did this work quickly and correctly. Thanks to National Lock and Key we feel safer in our new home.

Technician was running early so asked if he could come over 30 minutes before start of service window. Once he got here, he went over what needed to be done, and was done in 20 minutes.

BAD !- I made sure I get a quot before the job began- the tech looked at everything first- after the door was opened- the tech asked me to sign an invoice before the job was done with a much higher price- I questioned why? He said it took him longer and it was harder to open! I rejected paying him more after our initial agreement. He threatened me to leave the job incomplete. I also threatened him- so he changed the lock and said never to call his company because he will not come. I told him that there is a reason for getting a quote first- very rude, unprofessional and very stressful incident !!

Great! Manuel did a great job on changing the locks, he explained why certain things wouldn't work and what could be done to improve the situation, made recommendations on how I could save money with respect to a home security system, and was extremely thorough. I hope to not NEED services like this again, but if I did I would buy again through this vendor and specifically ask for Manuel.

Service from start to finish was excellent! The office called me to schedule the appointment and were flexible to meet my needs. Andre called when he was in route, arrived on time and was very professional. He re-keyed 4 locks and made additional keys upon request. I would recommend this company highly!

He arrived on time, and was very professional, got right to work. He offered a choice for using the same key for all locks or different ones, and I appreciate being given an option. In addition to quickly finishing the job, he took the time to make some other smart, general security recommendations, which I really appreciated. Technician arrived on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. In addition to rekeying the locks, he explained how to reprogram our electronic keypad lock, including providing a link to a helpful YouTube video, checked our sliding doors, and provided a wealth of information and advice on home security. We're extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company.

Originally scheduled to change the locks. He came on time and changed on locks pretty quickly. Once he left I noticed that the deadbolt in the front door wouldn't lock all the way and the door was not fitting correctly in the frame (this wasnt due to his work - prior issue). I called him up and he came back right away and fixed everything. Charged a little more than I would've liked for the extra work but I was glad he was able to come back and get everything fixed.

When I called I was immediately able to get someone on the line, and was able to schedule the appointment. They showed up when they said they would and did the work quickly and efficiently!

I have used this service provider twice. Both times they were professional, friendly, and competent. They were on time and knew their trade well. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely be using them again.

I received a call when the locksmith was on his way. He was very personable, knowledgeable and hard working. He was very thorough on what and how he was going to do the work. He made sure we were on the same page about price.

Because the deputies won't wait for the arrival of the locksmith, he arrived 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. He was professional and capable.

Andre arrived on time and began to re-key the locks. He noticed that there was no peep hole in the front door and asked if we wanted one installed. We hadn't noticed there wasn't one so appreciated him pointing this out to us. We asked him to install one which he did. We were very pleased with the service and would certainly use this provider again.

Fantastic. Called Friday afternoon at 6:00pm knowing I had time to kill over the weekend. Low expectation of them being able to do it on Saturday....they came at 11am exactly as promised. Their prices we great! I didn't have the keys for the locks they replaced. Most locksmiths charge extra. They do not. Not only a great value, they were totally professional and courteous from my first call. This is one of the few examples in life where you don't get what you pay for....you get much more!
