Very well overall. It was a little more expensive than I anticipated, but the quality of the work seems very high. They were great to deal with before the service; very responsive and good at answering questions.

I made an appointment with National Lock and Key and they asked lots of up front questions to make sure they sent out what was needed to fix the door. The technician was prompt and did a thorough job of inspecting the lock and letting me know what options were available. After the work was done, he made sure everything worked as it was supposed to, making adjustments until it was perfect. I will definitely use them again!

From scheduling to the actual service appoinment went very well. Amber who handled the scheduling was very friendly and professional. The appointment was set to my schedule. The technician arrived within the window agreed upon. The technician called when he was on his way. He was also very professional and knowledgable. He explained the process to me, took care of rekeying the locks, and discussed ADT with me as well - per my request. The appoinment was completed in a relatvely short amount of time. I forgot to mention to the technician that I found the company per Angie's list but Amber honored the discount for Angie's list customers with no hassle.

Work was performed quickly and well done. Will use again.

We contacted National Lock & Key to fix faulty work performed by another group. The repairman arrived at the designated appointment time, explained the work he was performing and charged a reasonable price.

We originally used National Lock to repair work at our mother's house that had been performed incorrectly by another company. National Lock was able to accomplish the repair and at a reasonable price. We used them again when we were replacing exterior locks at our home after some house renovation work. Again they did a great job. Highly recommend.

It went very well overall. I called on a Friday (1/6/17) and spoke with the representative, who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She coordinated with my tenants to schedule a locksmith to come out to the property the next day (1/7/17) and confirmed that I would not be charged for any work until he had spoken with me and I had agreed to his recommendation. He came out as scheduled, even though it was snowing, and analyzed the problem. He called me as had been promised before any work was done. He presented a couple of options for repair that were inexpensive. He then fully fixed the problem and the company immediately emailed me a receipt. I highly recommend National Lock & Key for their professional, courteous, prompt and competent work, which they offer at a great value.

Then took extra care to fully check out the lock and improve the ease of turning my duplicate key so that the lock works better than it has in 15 years! My experience with the woman who set up the appointment and the service from the tech who came to my house couldn't have been better. Pricing given over the phone was the same as what I was quoted on site, it seemed fair and in line with the industry average. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

National Lock & Key customer service representative was very professional and courteous. She provided a specific estimate and scheduled service for next day. The Locksmith called in advance of appointment and arrived as scheduled. Immediately upon arrival, he assessed our service needs and recommended a more cost efficient way to complete service.
