They were very professional and knowledgeable. He actually had to do an extra thing which I paid for, but he didn't seem to be inconvenienced at all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Service was very courteous, punctual, and efficient. No-frills scheduling and very helpful in answering my questions over the phone. New set of locks and keys were quickly installed and I believe the price was very reasonable after purchasing the Angie's List deal.

Called on Friday and scheduled work fro Saturday Oct 10, afternoon. Locksmith called and arrived ahead of schedule, which was great !! Locksmith (Andres) was very professional, organized, and helpful. He did an outstanding job on all locks in a old door. Very satisfied with work and price. Highly recommended. Our Southampton neighbors have the information from National Lock and Key for future work with my recommendations.

The provider did an outstanding job. Instead of re-keying four lock, he actually replaced two. I was happy to pay additional charges for the parts, which were high quality, but a little surprised the company instructed the provider to charge me additional labor.

The technician quickly rekeyed the deadbolts all to the same key and cleaned up after himself. We were going to pay an additional amount to have the two regular locks (below the deadbolts) rekeyed, but he told us that it unnecessary since they weren't providing much protection. He recommended that we instead spend the money to just replace the handles to non locking handles. Saved us money!

Provider called 30 minutes before arriving, and arrived promptly. After reviewing the situation with him both verbally and visually, provider gave his best solution for the situation at hand. We agreed on the solution and he performed the work within 20-30 minutes (was not looking at my watch). Provider was conscientious, and courteous, observing household protocol (noting that we were not wearing shoes in the house, he put on cloth protectors over his shoes). Provider billed and accepted payment promptly upon completion of service, and left the premises immediately. Provider's English was heavily accented, but was completely understandable with only a few requests for restatement.

Tech arrived exactly on time and did the agreed-upon work.

The locksmith was very professional and recommended a better choice of lock that provided greater security. From the time he entered my home until the job was complete was a wonderful experience.

The service was great. They promptly called to make the appointment and confirmed the day of when they were on their way. All my locks were rekeyed as requested.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I phoned at 5pm on a Tuesday because someone had lost a key to my house and had the address on a key chain. I was able to schedule next day service. The company also told me about the Angie's List special running that would save me money. There was a 2 hour window for the work to be done (from 1 - 3). I received a call around 1pm from the locksmith who told me he was about 20 minutes away. He arrived promptly, was very courteous and finished everything in about 30 minutes. He had me check all locks to ensure they worked. This company is highly recommended!

Just bought a home and wanted to rekey the locks when this deal popped up like it was fate. the deal was for 4 locks and I inquired about the additional 2. Price was right so I went ahead with it. All responses were amazingly fast, and 2 of the locks which stuck a bit before the rekey now no longer have an issue. the locksmith who came was punctual, quick and more than understanding that I had just moved and had other work being done as well as unpacking. Could not recommend higher! Will def use again after purchasing my next rental property this year.

This was the first deal that we purchased for our new home from Angie's List. We purchased a deal for $119 that included having 4 locks in our home changed to new locks and 4 keys for the house. The service was great. They were easy to schedule an appointment with and very flexible on coming to our home. The locksmith who came to do the work was on-time, professional, and had the job done quickly. We were very happy with them and would definitely use them again in the future if we needed to.

Purchased a Big Deal to re-key 4 locks and get 4 keys. I received a call within a day and was able to schedule the service quickly. What I didn't know was that since I had the locks re-keyed to match the front door, I did not receive the 4 keys which were listed as part of the deal. That was disappointing and unexpected. One of the reasons I purchased the deal was to get extra keys so my son and daughter would each have one. I ended up going to Home Depot to get my 4 keys. I do wish I had been told before he started work that asking to have the locks keyed to the front door would mean I wouldn't get the keys. I would have had them keyed to match each other and gotten the keys and lived with having a different key for the front door. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use them again... just would make sure I understood all details before they started.

Manuel ( not sure on spelling) called to let me know he was on his way, with an ETA of 20 minutes. He arrived on time and discussed with me what I was looking to get done. He offered suggestions, recommendations and ways to save money on security. He was courteous, responsive to my concerns and questions and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Showed up on time, looked at the 4 locks and then began work. When finished, invited me to try all the keys he made on each lock. They all work fine.

Very well. Provider was prompt and courteous. This was not a simple install. My husband, who is very handy, has tried on several occasions to install a new lock on our door without any luck. We finally broke down and had it done professionally. The locksmith had to redrill the hole for the lock placement and it took several attempts to program the code. He was extremely patient and it was well wroth the investment. We were very pleased with the service.

He came, very knowledgeable, put me at ease right a-way since I was concerned about extra fees. My door looks so natural with the lock. The best part there was no out of pocket expense! Highly recommendable.
