There is a “Doctor at the House”…It’s House Health, Inc. Their “Doctor” showed up on time and performed a complete physical of our home and emailed us a detailed report with eye opening photos zoomed in on areas that need attention. Now I know where we need to focus our time and attention to protect our biggest investment. I am recommending House Health to all my friends because they provide an independent opinion on the health of your home without having the conflict of interest many contractors have. The “Doctor” gave us a valuable prognosis with a plan to perform preventative maintenance before we have issues that could cost us a fortune, if we ignored their advice. Now, we can focus on the minor “fitness” before our home “gets sick” and we’ll direct a contractor to handle the significant “health problems”. Our house will be our home for a long time, Thanks House Health!

The House Health inspector came out and reviewed our entire house, grounds & roof and the next day we had a very detailed report ( 17 pages) of what needs work immediately (chimney & gutters ) and what would need attention in a year or two. The report specifically detailed the deficiencies accompanied by numerous photos. The report has come in handy especially when getting quotes to do the actual work. I have emailed the report to contractors and they have given quotes based to House Health's description.

I am very impressed with this service. The inspection of my 81 year old home was very thorough. The House Healthinspector was very knowledgeble and took the time to explain the inspection process and results. Attention was given to the smallest of details I would normally overlook, but which turn out to be important to proper upkeep. I learned a lot of valuable tips on some simple preventative maintenance steps that I can do myself to prevent bigger problems down the road. The inspection report came to me within an hour via email, complete with photos and detailed explanations of what needed to be done and how soon. Since House Health is an independent inspection service, I knew that I was getting an honest and unbiased assesment of my house. My elderly neighbor was recently scammed out of $68,000 on unneeded home repairs by an unscroupulous contractor . If my neighbor had the House Health inspection service she would never have contracted with fly-by-night contractors who prey on the elderly. I am going to have her sign up with House Health. I am very pleased and happy with this service and would recommend it to anyone who owns a home.
