Tim hung up the phone on me when I gave him an answer he didn't like. After it took TWO weeks for Tim to respond to a request for a quote, I took the time to call him back to inform him that another vendor had agreed to do the job. Because I'm a professional and I deliver good news or bad news in a professional, respectful manner. Before I finished my sentence, he had hung up the phone on me. Before proceeding, I recommend you have a couple phone conversations to get to know this vendor.

We have used Gagnon Gutterworks to clean our gutters for a number of years. They have always done a professional job at a reasonable price. We especially like that we can call them to clean the gutters when they really need it rather on a preset schedule. Examples would be right after the oaks have dropped their flowers seriously clogging the gutters in the spring and also in December after all the leaves have fallen.

Came out in a timely manner. Gutters were thoroughly cleaned. Considerate and polite professional behavior from estimate to finish.

I was impressed with Tim Gagnon from my first call with him. He was highly professional, very quickly arranged to go to see the house and give me an estimate on cleaning the gutters and checking an area which was leaking. The very next day, he cleaned the gutters, as arranged, and even repaired and caulked one gutter. His work was superb, and I would highly recommend his services.

The technician did a great job. He did the whole house, front cement porch, walkway back patio all for a very reasonable price, and it came out sparkling. Really made a difference. Would definitely hire again and recommend to friends.

Had gutters cleaned and entire house exterior power-washed. Owner was responsive to request for estimate & price was reasonable. Workman who did the job was on-time, professional and did a terrific job.

I claimed a $90 deal for gutter cleaning from Gagnons Gutter Works. They refused to honor the deal and tried to get me to pay more despite my house being well under the advertised covered gutter length. Bait and switch. They were difficult to contact and unprofessional.

This is the third time I've used Tim and his team. Tim emailed me to tell me when his team would show up. As long as you leave the driveway empty, you don't have to be there when his guys do the work. Tim invoices us after the work is complete. It is an easy process, and his guys always do a good job.

It didn't. We got a quote with photos and details of the work to be complete. We agreed on the date, received a confirmation, and cleared our schedule, and moved all our patio furniture. We wait at home for the 3 hour window from 11am to 1pm. He never showed up, didn't call didn't anything. Then finally emailed something ab out having question he wanted resolved about our quote. He said it was too low and he couldn't do it and gave some rambling excuse. Too bad he would shoot himself in the foot. I wouldn't hire him again or recommend him.

Did a good job cleaning the gutters for a reasonable price. Charged an additional fee for re-nailing, but I had not requested or approved that work - they removed the charge and sent a corrected invoice when I requested.

All good. Work performed as expected, and I'll use him again.

Their technician was excellent and I plan to use them yearly. He even unscrewed our old gutter guards and put them back again. Highly recommended.

Work was performed in a timely manner. I appreciated that all downspouts were tested with forced air that discovered one of my underground drains had a clog. All debris was bagged and placed at the curb for trash pickup with a blower around the house perimeter to clear anything that was missed. Much better than the last crew that simply was throwing the gunk my gutters into the yard.

I tried to contact Gagnons Gutter Works to schedule a gutter cleaning but when i tried to schedule him Tim was extremely rude, telling me that i was interfering with on his another call. He spoke to me as if he was doing a favor to me by answering my call.

Gagnon's Gutterworks did an excellent job. They were quick and efficient, while also being thorough and neat. There was no debris in our yard or shrubs, as can be the case with some gutter cleaning services. I recommend this company for a job done right, at a fair and affordable price.
