Excellent work! Would hire again.

They arrived on time, spayed the house with cleaner, then power washed and rinsed the entire home. They also rinsed the foliage to remove any cleaner residue.

I've used Gagnons Gutter Works for over 5 years to provide to gutter cleaning and maintenance. The services and price I have received have been excellent every time. I will continue to use Gagnons Gutter Works and recommend them to everyone I can.

The gutters are always kept clean by Tim and his crew. The roof cleaning and treatment worked. The roof looks brand new!

Tim is amazing. He not only cleans my gutters every year (twice a year - or more if needed) but he keeps track of everything and just lets me know it's time to get things done. When my gutters in the back came down after a bad storm, he was there the next day to get everything set right. They also do my yard work and mowing every year. The price is reasonable and the work is perfect. I highly recommend them!

It went very well. The weather was not cooperating for a few of the appoints we set, but Tim stayed in contact to reschedule without me having to call him. Communications were excellent. He did an excellent job and the gutters are working better than ever. Would highly recommend him.

Tim can be a little slow to return initial calls (busy, I'd guess, because of his great prices), but once contact was established his team was prompt and professional. They don't do an actual flush of the downspouts (not really an issue at my house, where the gutters are screened and the downspouts connect to a drain system), but the gutter cleaning itself was fine and just what we needed. The price is unbeatable. We plan to use his firm once or twice a year as long as he's around and we're in Falls Church.

Overall I am happy, scheduling was a bit of an issue but it got done in the end. I prefer correspondence to be through email and I'm pretty sure the email provided in his voicemail was incorrect. So we played phone tag instead, but really since the work was done on the outside of the house I didn't need to be there and so scheduling wasn't so necessary he could just show up and do the work. So that's what we did, he called I said sure and it was done.

We called many other Angies List A-rated gutter companies and couldn't get them to even give us an estimate for more than a week. Tim came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem quick. He got us out of a real jam as time was precious to us as our home was on the market and we needed to resolve this issue. We would definitely use him again in our next home.

Went very well. Scheduled by phone. They came within 2 days, despite the very busy season. Did a great job, without me even needing to be home. Great service.

Our house is now clear of all algae and looks like new. The deck is beautiful and well protected by the sealer. Tim and company were very professional, responsive, and courteous. We were extremely pleased with this serivce.

I've had Tim Gagnon clean my gutters 2 times annually for approximately 5 years. He has always done an excellent job for me at what I consider a very fair price. He is professional and dependable. His company also cleans exteriors of homes. I had him do my vinyl siding in 2013 plus roof shingles which had developed dark stains from what I think was a living organism which takes hold on shady portions of roofs. I was very impressed with what he did to clean the shingles because others have not been able to solve that issue for me. Tim used a colleague of his to do the shingles. Tim cleans gutters for several of my neighbors and I've never heard anything but praise for his work. I highly recommend him.

Tim's been doing our gutters for years, as well as the gutters on our rental units. He does a great job, often making small repairs as necessary, and his price is awesome. We've used other gutter services and hated it. Although the work was okay, the prices were not competitive, and we were hounded throughout the year for more visits and services than we needed. We even had to go through a lengthy battle with one of the big gutter companies when they performed services on our house without asking us. Tim is timely, straightforward, does only what is necessary, and as a bonus, is a pleasure to talk to whenever I see him. Highly recommend

He was very prompt. He worked very fast. His rates have gone up but he was kind enough to honor a rate he gave a previous customer that I mentioned. He was friendly and also offers to have you leave him a check for his services later if you are not home.

HE IS VERY CHEAP AND REASONABLE. HE ALSO CLEANS THE GUTTERS OF MY NEIGHBORS. HE KEEPS A MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE AND FOLLOWS UP EACH SPRING AND FALL. HE IS FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE.
