Gagnons Gutter Works

I had made the appointment for gutter cleaning over a month in advance. The first red flag was when the owner, Tim, asked me to remind him of the appointment a couple weeks in advance, which I did since I was taking off that day and didn't want him to forget. On the day of the service, I called Tim to determine what time I should expect him. He told me that the work was already done the day before which obviously surprised me since his site claims that he calls after the service is done to see what could be done better. I obviously never got a follow up call. He had the right date but thought the date was yesterday (which made no sense). When I asked him why it would be done a day early without anyone calling me to see if I was home, he didn't know and couldn't tell me who had done the work. However, he assured me the work was done and that he would invoice me. However, the listing for the gutter cleaning service on Angie's list said that I would need to pay him directly AT THE TIME OF SERVICE not days afterwards. Something didn't seem right so I pulled out my ladder and checked as high as I could which honestly I shouldn't have to do based on how dangerous it was. To my shock, my gutters were full of leaves and the roof was not cleaned as he had indicated. I sent him picks and was hoping for an apology but instead got mocked via text message for having a bad day which was later followed up with a laughing emoji! (pics attached of message and unclean gutter) As a result of this company's poor management and lack of reliability, I lost a day of work to get this done. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again. I also would not recommend Gagnons Gutter Works as I found the owner to be extremely unprofessional. Angie's List provided a refund and apologized for the experience.

The work was super professional. Tim the owner called several times to ensure that the work was being done to my satisfaction. He then came out afterwards and personally inspected it,.

Company contacted us after purchase, but could not provide a time when they would be by. I was directed to leave the water on and I did not need to be home. I informed them that the water is only accessible in the garage and there's no access to gutters in back of house except through the house. They finally provided a 3 hour window . . . took off work for a morning. No one showed up. No response.

They provided excellent service. After purchasing on Angieslist, I received a call from Tim Gagnon, the owner, the same day, who let me know he received the order and explained the process as far as scheduling. A few days later he called to let me know they'd be out the next day. The crew arrived as promised, worked very efficiently, and were very polite and professional. They did a great job. They even did some extra areas such as the chimney brick and basement stairwell for a small additional cost. I was very pleased and would recommend them to others.

It was very easy to schedule the work early in the following week and workers showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They blew leaves out of the gutters, re-set some of the nails holding up the gutters, and took it upon themselves to actually screw on the bottom section of a down spout which often came off. I took advantage of a coupon offer to select this contractor. The price was much more reasonable than some of the companies that I have used. It was also nice to be able to schedule the work when I needed it.

The work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Tim and his staff were punctual, polite, and did a wonderful job. They also advised on other potential issues and gave an honest opinion of how future work could alleviate problems. I highly recommend Gagnons Gutter Works for your next project!

The results were better than expected. Concrete looks brand new. I expected my windows to be dirty after the house wash but they were clean. Representative was outstanding.

We work with Gagnons every year for gutter cleaning. Very responsive, timely, friendly and work is top notch.

It didn't. I contacted Tim on April 25. He said he would put me on the schedule and send me an e-mail when he planned to come out. Since I had a leak in my roof and more rain was predicted, I asked via reply e-mail if he had a sense of when that might be. He did not respond. On May 25 - one month later - I again e-mailed him for an idea of when I might be on the schedule. It is now the middle of June and I haven't heard word one from him. I contacted via "reply" from his original e-mail so it isn't as if I had the wrong address. I think this is very unprofessional. I had a major problem with my roof and would have appreciated just being told flat out that he was too busy to deal with me. As a result I have more water damage that could have been avoided if I had been able to get someone out here sooner. I'm glad everyone else had a great experience with him but as far as I'm concerned he is unprofessional and unreliable.

The services were excellent. In addition, Tim was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire this company again.

Tim is pleasant to do business with. The men doing the power washing did a thorough job. Very pleased with the improved look of the house exterior! The man doing the gutters answered my question or two and was professional.

I strongly recommended Tim, he went for extra miles in supporting his customers. We had gutter screen installed, but we constantly had overflow of some sections, Tim advised us to replace the screen with a different type to reduce the overflow. He originally gave us the estimate of replacing the screen on the section of one down spout, but when he was physically in our property, he replaced screen on four sections with down spouts at only $50 more expense. He is very professional, charging very reasonable price and delivering good quality of service. I will definitely work with him on the way forward on gutter cleaning, and I already referred him to my neighbors. For whoever wants good gutter cleaning service with good price, Tim's company is the one to go to.

Work was done on time, very satisfactorily and neatly. Also cleaned off debris on roof. Both used blower and flushed out drains with water. Plan to use them again on regular basis.
