Movers were professional and frankly just very good. Nothing was scratched or harmed. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were very courteous and made it clear they were there to make my move as easy possible.

I was really surprised by how quickly these guys knocked out a 2-stop move involving a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. They finished 2 hours faster than expected and the price was about $200 cheaper than expected. Everything was transported with care and with zero damage at all. They came on time and prepared with every tool they needed. I'd recommend them and use them for any move. Also the receptionist, Tammie, was very thorough and always followed up right away. Great experience!

The whole team was great to work with. Tammie in the main office was cordial and answered my many questions with great patience. The movers showed up on time. The were kind, professional and worked very quickly. They quoted me four hours of work and one hour to drive. They did the whole thing, start to finish, in 2.5 hours! 5 star service all the way around.

I had a safe delivered today, delivery company would not even put it on the front porch. It was too heavy for my wife and I to move it into the house. I put a request on Angies List and within minutes I received a call from Fortis. I explained that I needed the safe moved into the house and where. I asked if they coild do it today. They said no problem, and within 2 hours two guys showed up moved the safe into the house, unboxed it and put it in the room we wanted. They beat the other company that called by 50%. Office and moving guys were great! I didnt expect it done the same day, and good thing because a severe thunder storm was coming.

Hire them now. Fortis was incredible. They were timely and attentive. They took apart Ikea wardrobes and hanging TV mounts, moving my wife and I from a third floor walk-up to a townhouse. They removed railings and pivoted couches on angled stairs (Ross would be proud), protected the China cabinet, and did it all with a smile. Quick and efficient, I heard about them word of mouth 3 weeks before scheduling my move and we could not have lucked out more.

I called Fortis within a 5-day notice for a move-in on the weekend. The hiring process was fast and very easy over the phone. Nick and Svani were the movers and did an excellent job. They were on time even a bit earlier which was even better. They were very careful with with all the moving items. They were friendly and polite. I definitely recommend Nick & Svani with Fortis.

These guys were phenomenal! They moved us from 3500sqft into 930sqft and nothing was damaged, scuffed, or broken. I don t know how they did it but the price was right and we would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat!

Customer service

Erik and his team were polite, energetic, and timely. We had some heavy furniture in a PODS container and in the basement that needed to go to the second floor. They did this efficiently and without marks on the furniture or the walls. They took a brief break about once an hour but considering the weight of some of the pieces my husband and I were surprised it was not more often. They were constantly in motion. The price was competitive. We would definitely use them again.
