I had a great experience! Eddie, who worked with me on the front end, was great. Erik and his team did an excellent job with the move. After I moved in, I discovered that some parts were not put on my bed frame. You can imagine that I was anxious because I had all these boxes to go through to find the missing parts. I called Eddie on a Saturday and he contacted Erik (the leader of my move) and Erik said: "I'll fix it." Those are the words that a customer wants to hear. Erik came out on Sunday morning and working with one of his colleagues remembered where the parts were and made things right. Bravo and thank you!
