Our move went seemly, they arrived on time and the movers were awesome, efficient and very fast! Even boxed up our 65â + TVs. They helped us repositioning furniture a few times in different rooms once we arrived at our new home as well. Also very friendly.

Erik and Ziko worked quickly and carefully to move us out of our apt. They provided the moving materials and carts to safely move all our belongings. Erik and Ziko were great with getting our furniture into our new house given the narrow stairs and tight turns; no damage to either walls or furniture! Miracle workers.

I started working with the manager about one month before my move. The quote provided was accurate and the manager took his time reviewing the content of my house in order to provide an accurate estimate and he was on point. I used Fortis for both my packing and moving. All items arrived in one piece and nothing was damaged in the move. We moved from a 2500 square foot house into an 8000 square foot house. The movers were courteous and attentive to our questions and instructions. The first day was spent packing and the second day was the scheduled move. As the day turned into night, the amount of hours the movers spent carefully moving our goods did not take its toll on their attitude and attention to detail. I can't say enough about how painless this whole process was. I had obtained several estimates and they by far was the best value and the best decision that I could have made. Moving 26 years worth of goods was a task that we could not have done without Fortis. I highly recommend their services.

It was a last minute move and I was frantic to find someone to hire, without it robbing the bank! The movers (Erik and Denis), as well as the Customer Service Manager (Eddie) were polite, considerate, efficient and professional at all times. Even after getting stuck for hours in the Florida traffic mess created by hurricane Eta, Erik and Denis remained in good spirits. All promises by Fortis were kept, including the price, schedule, and service. I hope to never have to move again, but rest assured I would once again hire Fortis. Like I said, stunned at how well it went!

I have moved so many times and I have never been this impressed. Eric and his associate was so efficient, fast and professional. Eric called to inform me when they were on their way and how long it will take them to get to my apartment. I was on a 3rd floor of an apartment and they were moving those furniture like it was nothing. The initial call to the company was also a great experience. Eddie was prompt in responding and following up with a quote. The cost is definitely much better than the other companies I called. And being veteran owned was a plus. Very professional and on time. Called and Eddie was very helpful from the beginning. I needed a move from my apartment to storage. And they were able to do it in a short amount of time. I will be moving in January to a house and I plan to use them again as well. This was the least stressful move I have ever had. They took care of everything.
