Description of Work: Cozette Homes executed the architect's plans to renovate my home in 2009. That project was a joy and made me one of the very few people who actually had fun renovating their house. Since that time, I have called Zeb Comer whenever I needed a General Contractor or his incredible subs. | |This last service was all the disparate things from plumbing to electrical to drywall and paint that needed to be done to get my house on the market.

Description of Work: Cozette Homes totally renovated 2 of the 3 main levels in my home, all on budget and on schedule throughout the project. I was only required to reside elsewhere while the main floor was completed. When that was done they sealed off the upper floor and I went on with my work at home while they worked upsatairs. Yes it was noisy sometimes so I just took my conference calls downstairs. They always arrived when they said they would and took great care to keep the rest of my home clean. Their contract is not a bunch of terms and conditions thzt protect them, but rather, commitments to you as the buyer. Very, very customer focused! When a plumbing fixture failed and leaked into my dining room ceiling (my fault because I bought cheap off the Internet), Zeb and his team dropped what they were doing and appeared at my house within an hour to prevent further damage.
