It went well. It was a 2 day job and what I truly appreciated was that there was nothing for me to clean up. The only reason I knew he was there or coming back (besides the repairs) is that his tools were organized, out of the way, on a tarp. It is so refreshing to get quality craftsmanship as well as a vendor that cleans up the debris.

Contractor was polite but made appointments to meet at my house and never showed up or called to cancel or reschedule.

Wonderful work

During hurricane Sandy, rain flooded my bedroom through a large window. A contractor was hired to replace the window and remove damaged paneling from the wall, insulate, drywall and paint. During the next big rain storm, water ran down the just-repaired wall immediately below the new window. The initial, post-Sandy contractor, who said his work was guaranteed for a year, never responded to repair requests. Trevor did an assessment and quote, then came with his partner to do the work a couple of days later. They patched holes in the window frame and other voids in the brick (don't know if the holes were from inadequate work by the Sandy contractor or an earlier contractor who replaced the original window). Their work was thorough, attitude was pleasant and professional.

Trevor was extremely friendly and professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He did a quick but thorough evaluation of the work and responded with a quote as promised. The quoted price was not cheap, but in line with the other quote I received.

Contacted Trevor on Tuesday and scheduled for arrival on Friday between 2-3 PM, the quick response for mold on the ceiling was appreciated. I arrived home at 1:30 PM on Friday and waited. At 3:15 I called Trevor, he described the outside of the property and said he had rung the doorbell twice at 2:40 PM with no response so he left. I asked him if he had knocked, he said "why would I, I rang the doorbell?" I asked why he didn't bother to call, he responded again with "why, I rang the doorbell?" His final response was, ?I don't deserve this attitude? and he hung up on me. I immediately went to the doorbell, it worked just fine.

Good workmanship on time, professional, responsive, and reasonable.

Gary and his partner Trevor were terrific! They took on a variety of odd jobs, presented a reasonable estimate, and completed the jobs promptly and to my great satisfaction. I would hire them in an instant for other jobs, big or small.

It was very good from start to finish.
