Serving as general contractors was stressful overall, but working with Scott made it so much easier. He was highly professional and performed high-quality work throughout the project. He arrived on time, asked questions before starting work to make sure he understood what we wanted, and didn't assume along the way (i.e., he asked questions throughout to make sure we were always aligned on expectations). He provided options, which was so helpful and saved us from losing time -- we worked with several subcontractors on the job who just offered us the bad news without options. Scott would provide great options too, which meant he had reviewed the problem and assessed it before hitting us with any bad news or decisions. His work was impeccable and we were highly impressed with the speed at which he worked -- without compromising quality.
