The person who was the owner bad mouthed is to the renter, who had a scary encounter with him. He was late and expected payment via credit card and invoice. He never once told us that, But complained to the renter. He threatened to undo everything and pull out all the work, although we didn’t know he wanted a credit card payment. He was paid as soon as we found out upon completion but we did not know that he was complaining or had threatened the renters. He is very scary.

He is the handyman that I use all the time. I have used him for years. He is a very good handyman and can do anything. He is timely. I will continue to use him.

He just spackled it and it shrank. I tried to call him. He didn't come back to finish the sanding or to paint the drywall. He also never finshed installing the screen for the window and just left it for me to do. He said that he would come back next day but he never came back.

He came out the day I called. I hadn't used him before but I'd definitely use him again.

Dryer was making a horrible noise. Buzz diagnosed the problem, brought the parts, and installed them. Was a 2 hour job.
