It went better than I had anticipated given the negative stories I read about on line. The craftsmen were prompt, efficient, courteous and tidy. They cleaned up everyday and did a thorough cleanup upon completion of the job. The results of the work great. Clean lines, no gaps (seamless joints) and a beautifully finished paint job. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone.

All American Painting Plus was outstanding from my first contact with them to the final contact. They were personable and professional- and empathetic to my compressed time frame to get the work completed. All American Painting Plus showed up as scheduled, perfectly matched the new paint to the old, and completed the work beautifully. Would I hire again and recommend this company to others? Absolutely. This is a first class, well run company.

Painter arrived on time and completed the job in the timeframe expected. Did an excellent job covering everything to insure no mess with dried drywall joint compound or paint splatter. Ceiling looks like new. No indication of prior ceiling water damage at all. Cost of the completed job matched the estimate, no hidden scope changes.

I have never written a review of a company before this one, but I have had such great customer service from All American Painting Plus (AAPP) over the last 8-10 years that I wanted to write this one. They have done both interior and exterior painting for me over the years, and my interactions with the owner, Brian McCracken, have been very positive, and the quality of work has always been very high. I recently contracted with AAPP to paint the interior of my townhouse (about 2500 square feet), which included ceilings, an accent wall, and all wood trim, as well as exterior fences and shutters. I received an estimate from Rex after he met me at the house. His attention to detail in developing the estimate was excellent. He even took photos of the interior to be able to refine the estimate and to match paint with the different rooms. The meeting was not rushed, and he listened to my questions and provided good advice. I received an estimate from a different company for this job (2 estimates only), and I went with AAPP even though their estimate was somewhat higher. The second company did not even provide an estimate for the paint that would be needed (I had to ask for it), and by comparison with Rex the individual who I met with did not give me confidence that the job would be done with care and attention to detail; the meeting was rushed and he did most of the talking. Both the exterior and interior work by AAPP were excellent. The rest of this review focuses on the interior painting, which was led by Rene and a crew of three other painters. Rene and the other painters were friendly, professional and extremely hard working. The guys were prompt (every morning just after 7AM) and worked a full day (until about 3:30 each day); they began each day by laying down protective cover on my hardwood floors and taped up plastic sheeting to restrict movement of dust to the room being worked on, and they ended each day by removing the cover on the floors and vacuuming the dust. These guys were great about cleaning up each day! I had relatively little dust in the house from this job, even though they repaired all nail pops and sanded the walls in a number of places. They were very careful about moving furniture to avoid scratching the floors (no damage!), and in fact Rene came with felt slides for the bottom of heavy furniture. They finished painting in about 10 days (two coats everywhere), and Rene was able to come back to the house a day after I phoned him to request some last touch-ups. The touch-ups included several places that had been marked up on the new paint by a duct cleaning company that I had come in the week after AAPP finished the interior painting. And earlier, Rene had loosened two of the HVAC return grates so that the paint would not be damaged by the duct cleaning, a suggestion I would not have thought of. In summary, my house looks great; the customer service by AAPP was superb; I would definitely hire them again. Even though the cost was higher than the second estimate, the difference was worth every penny.

Showed up on time, finished on time. quality of work was exceptional. I would be happy to put my name behind referring them for future work.

These guys are great. Not only do they do top notch work, but their communications and estimates are crystal clear and they show up when they say they are coming. I find these qualities hard to come by. Most importantly, the painters were great to work with. Again they clearly communicated what they were doing and what if anything they needed. And bonus: they were really nice people. A Plus outfit!!

Very well. The painters did an excellent job, were very good a prepping and cleaning up every day. They did the whole job in 5 days, which was a little faster than first estimated. The job included painting 4 bathrooms, including one that had been completely re-drywalled. It also included removing wallpaper from a basement bedroom and repairing a beat up closed wall. The final results look great.

Everyone from the sales agent to the guys who did the work were great. My rep, Rex, was very responsive and knew what he was talking about. My painters were timely and very neat and tidy. I even texted the foreman over the weekend because i had a question about the paint color. He got right back to me! I would recommend All American Painting to friends and family without hesitation. . and I am picky. One more nice thing, they were able to turn the job around very quickly which was a priority for me.

Great, a few touch-ups after painting done. Change orders were handled professionally. Would definitely use them for exterior painting of the house (Spring/Summer 2018)

The painting went well. Job was completed on schedule, we're happy with the quality of the work. This is the third time we've had them paint our house, the other two times being exterior paint and trim replacement.

I cannot adequately state how pleased we were with the quality, professionalism and timeliness of the crew that performed the work. We were advised in advance of the time the crew would show up and they always showed up exactly at the time expected (which is a rarity in any contractor work). The courtesy and professionalism could not have been any better than the experience we had. They addressed all of our questions and took the time to make sure we knew their schedule and when the work would be completed. The entire project took 3 1/2 days, so this was not a minor undertaking. We had rotten exterion wood around several windows and they fully explained what would be done and addressed. The overall quality of the work was outstanding and everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction.

On time, as promised, neat, professional, high quality work. They are not inexpensive, but they did a great job and left zero mess. We have used them several times and had a top notch experience each time.

They did a very good job. I had a water leak in one room after they had completed the job and they were able to come out quickly to repaint the area that had been messed up by the leak.

Did an excellent job. The neighbors were very impressed with the results, as were we. We had a number of interactions with the staff and management who were very professional and honest. Actually enjoyed working with all of them. They brought their "A" Team.

Very well. Written estimate was provided within hours of meeting Brian on-site. Work was performed the next day. Painter was punctual, professional, and performed in a workmanlike manner. Quite pleased with the results.

Roger, the crew leader, and Jose and Alvin showed up promptly on the appointed morning. After a quick walk-through of the house to review those elements that were and were not to be painted, they got right to work. The job was finished on time and the place looks neat and new again. Without reservation, we recommend AAPP highly.

All American Painting Plus did an excellent job replacing sheetrock and painting in our home. Very dependable and skilled workers. And they did not get even a tiny bit of paint on the floor! I will definitely use them for our next job!
