Staff at All American Painting Plus were thorough and professional during all of my interactions with this firm. The owner, Brian, performed a detailed estimate and John coordinated with and directed the crew. Agreement signing via Docusign and online payment acceptance were slick, efficient and well executed. The crew worked quietly, professionally, and came and finished the work on time.

The team was very professional and did a phenomenal job. Our job included a lot of detail work, and they were meticulous. I would highly recommend them, and would definitely hire them again.

We hired them to paint windows trims, shutters, and a front porch and replace some rotting wood in the process. The finished job looked great, but what really set them apart was the communication/customer service. From estimate to completion, the employees paid attention to detail and went the extra mile to make sure they understood our requirements and communicated clearly so that there would be no surprises.

Mr. McCracken was thoroughly professional. Responding quickly and getting estimates as promised, actually coming earlier which was a help to me. He fit me in the schedule promptly. Orlando, his foreman, is worth his weight in gold. Not that there was any problem with the rest of the crew, they too did an excellent job but it was so obvious that Orlando set the pace and tone. He is intelligent, courteous and conscientious. Most importantly he listened to everything I said and anticipated how to work it into the schedule. The clean up was superior. You can thank him for any work I pass your way and I will recommend you with complete confidence.

The job went very well. Their advice about products to be used and services needed were spot on. The most difficult part of the job was our front door, which is a moving stile solid mahogany door with decorative glass inserts and matching side lights. This door needed to be sanded down and completely refinished, including staining and multiple coats of polyurethane. They did a beautiful job--the door looks brand new. The door from the dining room onto the patio was also a challenge. It is fiberglass with glass inserts and matching sidelights. That door required the manufacturer's special refinishing, Again, they did a beautiful job. I had tight time constraints for a trip and All American pulled out all the stops to make sure they finished in time for my trip. All American deserves a Special Service Award.

Great. I will definitely use All American Plus again. I had a very positive experience on this big job...they power washed, painted the entire exterior of my house (siding and trim) and replaced some rotted wood. They are very easy to work with and price was competitive (although not the lowest). I was impressed with professionalism of all I dealt with from estimator to scheduler to painting crew. Foreman and 2 helpers who were on site did a super job and were very efficient and neat. Highly recommend them.

Fabulous job-very professional to work

A very well done job. From the start everything went well. The estimate was well done and explained to me. With wood rot, it is tough to estimate as you don't always know the extent of the damage until you start removing the wood. They estimated as best as they could. They did find some additional issues but explained them to me before proceeding. Once I accepted the offer, the work started quickly. The team was prompt and the job foreman explained to me everyday what the plan was for that day. They worked hard and had enough people for the job so it was completed quickly. Overall the job looks great. The team also did a good job in cleaning up after the work including all the wood pieces and paint chips they removed. I'm happy with all the work completed. I would use them again.

If you need painting done, your search is done. From the in-home estimate to the final bill, everything was seamless and professional. Rec was the estimator and point of contact. Orlando was the paint crew’s lead. Each day we were given updates on the project. At the end of the project, we were asked to thoroughly inspect it before they would leave. I would (and already have) hired them to complete another painting project.

I have used this company for many years on exterior and interior projects. The staff is skilled and professional. I recently worked with BJ and Anival and they were great. This is one of my "go-to" companies that I trust.

All American Painters were a joy to work with, from beginning to end. We got estimates from three different contractors, but AAP were the only ones to give us an estimate that included every detail, so we knew that there would be no surprises. They were also the only company to be willing to do the job in three phases, and wrote separate estimates for each phase. The painters that came took the time necessary to adequately prep, so the finished job was perfect. They were also very skilled carpenters, and did a beautiful job putting up crown molding and chair rail, framing out a closet, and removing balusters. They were friendly, courteous, skilled, and knowledgeable. When we first booked AAP and sent the deposit, they accidentally charged our account twice. I called immediately and, even though it was after hours and I was only able to leave a message, the error was corrected within a few hours. Professional all the way…HIGHLY recommend!

Crew worked overtime and Saturday to get job done as rain delayed start. Finished job is beautiful! Work was done to our specifics without any issues. This is the second time we have used All American and we will use them again.

All American once again did an outstanding job. We had a significant amount of rotten wood which they found and did an expert job of replacing. All American doesn't paint over problems, they fix them. Great job, highly recommend.

The crew was very professional and friendly with a very good end result. The trim lines are very sharp with a smooth look to all finishes. We have a three story house and the final walk through only brought about three minor misses in very small areas unde the deck or behind a bush that were quickly touched up.
