The project went very well. Brian is great to work with. The family room was beautifully done and the delineation between the two colors (gabled ceiling and walls) is perfect. An old leak-created split along the seam of the room where it attaches to the main house was flawlessly fixed. The room is like new. The living room was beautifully done as well. I asked for additional trim work and there was absolutely no problem. The guys were extremely nice, always on time, and obviously took great pride in their work, as they should! We're very happy with the results.

All American Painting Plus scores an A+! The estimator, Rob, was professional, thorough and honest in his estimate and accurately listed what I wanted. The estimate was listed by each room and planned service by separate lines so I would definitely know what each charge was for, instead a lump amount like so many companies. The painters were fantastic. They were so polite and considerate of my time and property. They cleaned up every day after work. Best, they did such a good job, I didn't have to go behind them and touch up anywhere. This was the best experience I've had with a contractor and would definitely hire All American Painting Plus again. I absolutely got my money's worth.

All American did an excellent job at very reasonable cost. Brian (owner) managed this for us as we live out of state. Brian went out of his way to accommodate our tight schedule for getting the property on the market. He was very communicative at all stages of the job, particularly on changes in scope, providing full explanations and cost estimates for any recommendations or changes on our part. Our realtor was very impressed with the job and the fact that we had 2 full price+ offers on the property within 2 days is testimony to the quality of the work. We had used All American in the past and were extremely impressed with his professionalism, fair pricing and quality of work. All American is a highly trustworthy and professional organization who provide top quality work at excellent prices.

They arrived on time, started working immediately, the Foreman introduced himself and made sure everyone knew what work was to be done. He painted one shutter in our chosen color and showed it to me to be sure I liked the appearance. Since it appeared much different than the manufacturer paint sample. We opted for a new darker shade and he showe'd me the completed shutter before doing the rest. Wood repairs were done very well and additional hidden damage was reviewed before starting any additional repairs. They were exactly the type of company we wanted to hire. Several of our neighbors have complimented us on the painting job that was done.

The experience got off to a great start with a quick response to my request for an estimate. Brian was on-time for the estimate and provided a very detailed estimate after spending about an hour inspecting the house. The house had been a rental property for 5-6 years before we purchased it and needed a lot of work. The stucco (EFIS) is 20 years old and had never been painted. Jose and the crew arrived as planned for a 7am start on the planned day and we were immediately impressed by their thoroughness and workmanship. They removed down spouts to paint behind and were very thorough in re-caulking all areas. They prepared the wooden trim carefully and painted superbly. The stucco absorbed so much paint that it needed a second coat. We had the same crew every day and they arrived on-time, cleaned up at the end of everyday and always left the property clean and tidy. The total job took about 3 weeks including some lost days for rain. We are delighted with the work done and all of our neighbors have commented on how much better the house looks now.

The crew showed up on time, and turned out to be nice and courteous guys. They removed their shoes before entering the house. The foreman and I looked at the damage together and they set out to work immediately. All the floors and walls around the damaged areas were well covered and no paint ended up spilling on any surface where it should not be. The crew worked diligently and finished in a single day! The finished surfaces look beautiful, and one cannot tell that there ever was any damage. No debris was left behind as the crew left. A great job!

From start to finish this company was well worth the money we paid. The free in-home estimate was quick and thorough. The estimate arrived promptly and it was easily understood with all charges itemized. They were happy to answer any questions we had regarding each charge and were willing to accommodate our budget. Jose and his crew arrived promptly before 7 AM, our specified start time, and asked what room I would like his team to prioritize for the day. Jose walked me through what the team planned to accomplish for the day to make sure it matched the estimate as well as my expectations. Our home is a bit older, so we have quite a few irregularities with our walls. There were many nail pops and rough surfaces throughout. They were able to make our walls and ceiling look brand new once they were finished! They spent all day in the master bedroom and I couldn't be happier with the painting as well as the patch on our cracked ceiling. The second crack posed a bit more trouble for us. My dining room ceiling has a texture surface which of course would be tricky to only fix a small portion. The team did their best on the last day of painting and left before the ceiling was fully dried. Once dried, I was unhappy with the way it looked. When I was called that evening by one of All American Painting Plus Inc. team members to discuss my satisfaction with the job, I explained the situation. He assured me someone would be out the next day to fix it to meet my expectations. As usual, the team was back to work the next day at 7 AM on the ceiling and when I came home from work that afternoon it was perfect! It is not easy to match a textured ceiling without scraping and redoing the entire room. This is one happy customer who is going to love her newly purchased house for many years to come! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality painting that will last for years!

Work was done very professionally with the highest quality materials. Provided a detailed scope of work describing everything that would be done and a line item estimate. Performed a detailed inspection of my house exterior and pointed out rotten trim that I had not noticed. Price was very reasonable for the amount if work done and competitive with other proposals I received. I would use All American Painting Plus again.

The work they did was extremely good. They paid attention to detail, they didn't get paint on anything else, they showed up on time and were very friendly. We had used 3 different painters in the past and were not happy with any of them. We used Angie's List to find 3 different painters based on reviews and each one came out and provided a quote. We selected AAPP because Brian, the owner, clearly understood exactly what was needed and he pointed out a couple of things the other 2 didn't that needed attention. I think the other 2 would have done a good job as well but I was most comfortable with Brian and his quote was in the middle. He and his crew didn't rush the job, their focus was on providing a quality result and they definitely achieved that. Brian was also available any time I had questions and explained what they were doing at each step. We will be needing some interior painting done in the future and we will be calling AAPP.

I requested estimates from three firms, and this company provided the most detailed and least expensive one. Work was initiated shortly after we agreed on the contract. The team of two carpenters and two painters/power-washers showed up as agreed. It was obvious that they are the kind of people who take pride in doing a quality job. The estimate was based on detailed piece rates rather than hourly charges--which provided a cap on costs--but there was no cutting corners to "get done." Everything was done with great care, and no detail was left behind from the long list of items. The crew was punctual each morning, and worked diligently throughout the day, only taking a short break for lunch. Some additional items that needed attention were discovered underway. This was easily resolved by a Change Order that specified the exact cost of each addition. A supervisor who rotated among their projects showed up now and then, and kept me well informed also by phone to appraise me of any delay in our project due to bad weather or demands from another project. Minor issues were quickly resolved through him. Overall, I am very pleased with both the quality and the price offered by this company. Their crew members also conducted themselves in a manner that contributes to the good name of the firm. I will not hesitate to engage this company again!

We use AAPP for all of our painting needs - we've used them once for exterior work and twice for interior work. We initially went with them because they were recommended by another homeowner in my community. I've always been happy with their work as well as their estimates and scheduling. Most recently, we used them to paint our basement and bedroom. Scheduling an appointment for an estimate was easy. I was able to get through to someone on the first call, and they were able to schedule the appointment when I wanted. As had been done with previous work, Brian, the owner came out to do the estimate. He arrived on time and ready to go. I received a very detailed estimate via email within 2 business days and the estimate was right around where I thought it would be (including a 10% discount for being a previous customer). I had some questions and comments and we went back and forth in email, with Brian always responding quickly and timely. I asked if he could use low VOC or no VOC paint, and he was easily able to accommodate my request. He used Benjamin Moore Regal paint. Brian had an opening to do the work the next day, but I wasn't ready because I hadn't picked out my colors yet. Over the following weekend, I picked up some paint samples and decided on my colors. After I emailed Brian my colors, he said he could do the work that week, but I had another conflict and we decided on another day. I appreciated his flexibility and timeliness in scheduling my work. He estimated the job would be done in three business days. The night before they were to arrive, Brian sent me an invoice and link to payment system for the deposit, and it was easy for me to view and pay the invoice on my iphone. The crew arrived on time (bright and early at 7:00 am) to do the work. They verified the details of the job with me and prepped and protected the areas that would be painted. One thing to note is that they spoke english and I had no problems with communication. They were polite and hardworking, and they finished all the work early - within 2 days! The paint and repair work looked great. They don't use painters tape and instead are skilled in doing great paint lines. They also organized and labeled the leftover paint for me and cleaned up when they left. I would recommend AAPP without hesitation and will use them in the future for my painting needs.

Very professional crew that arrived everyday by 7am and worked very hard all day. The crew leader provided progress updates multiple times a day. They performed all the additional work I requested. The entire job was completed on time and everything looked really nice. They did a great job cleaning up and they left me the remaining paint.

Excellent from 1st contact requesting an estimate, the estimate, scheduling, completing the work and cleanup. I completed and online request for an estimate and was contacted the next business day to schedule the estimate. Estimator arrived right on schedule completed his estimate and emailed me the estimate within 2 days. Estimate was very accurate and covered all areas in need of work. All American Painting Plus use of email and on-line payment process sure expedite the process. Work crew arrived exactly as scheduled and complete their work in a very professional manner. When work was completed the work crew foreman reviewed all the work they had accomplished to ensure we were satisfied with the completed project

I would highly recommend All American Painting Plus. First, we had three estimates from different companies. All American was actually slightly lower than the other two. What I really liked was the very detailed estimate I received from Wayne (right down to cost of materials). In addition to the work I knew we needed done, they also included some other recommended maintenance we needed on the house. Having the detailed estimate made it very easy for us to pick and choose what work we wanted performed. The team that did the work were polite and professional and did a great job with the painting and drywall work. We had a slight misunderstanding about what cleaning work was to be performed. What really impressed me was that Wayne and ownership had a crew come back the next day and resolve it (and actually do a little extra to make sure I was happy with the work we paid for). It's great to find companies that stand behind their work and want you to be happy. I've recommended All American to friends and would definitely work with them again.

All-American Painting Plus has become the only painting company we will use. We've had them at our house around four times now - performing everything from small drywall jobs to large painting efforts - and each time they have impressed with their professionalism, price, and quality of work. Their team does amazing work and their owner - Brian - is extremely responsive and goes out of his way to make sure that you are scheduled in a timely manner and satisfied with the work provided. Highly recommend.

I was impressed from the very beginning of the process. Bob the owner arrived as scheduled to do a walkthrough of the house to see what was to be done in order to prepare an estimate. A few days later, I received a very detailed estimate (6 pages) compared to competitors whose estimates ranged from a paragraph to one page. The drywall repairs were itemized as was the room-by-room description of the paint job, which included accent walls. When I selected this provider and paid the 50% deposit, I received another detailed checklist covering how to prepare, how to select my colors, etc. One minor snafu occurred when the severe regional storms delayed the start date but once the revised start date came, so did the crew, on time and carrying a copy of the same estimate I had to do a walkthrough to make sure we were all on the same page. The crew was very courteous, professional, clean and attentive to detail. I particular shout-out to the project manager whose name I can't spell (but it begins with an "A") but who was very responsive to little requests that weren't on the estimate (e.g., I asked them to clean one of the light fixtures that was too high for me to reach with my household ladder, and they did so as they were painting the ceiling). When he job was completed the following week, we did another walk through to make sure that everything was to my liking. It was and I love it! Thanks so much, All American. You're on my list for next year to paint the exterior of the house!

I did a lot of interaction with them via email. It is a rather large house, about 2-1/2 stories so it was a big job and a nice job. There were two guys doing it and they took 3-1/2 to 4 days. The PCV is a man-made material that is made to look like wood. The house looked great when they finished and it still looks good. The cost was significantly more than I anticipated and was more than the original estimate because, I think they said, maybe there was more rotted wood than they thought and more to be replaced. I believed them; they seemed honest so I did not think that they were doing any kind of bait and switch. I did not have a problem with their punctuality.

We have used this company twice before. As usual, we received excellent service. The painters were good communicators, very conscientious, paid real attention to detail. We plan to use this company again for our future painting needs.

Outstanding. For a fair price we received exceptionally great painters who were friendly and did an amazing job patching, repairing, and painting our home. The painters offered to patch about a dozen nail pops that had gone undetected by the estimator at no cost. The painters were on-time, professional, and left our house as clean as it was before they entered. Absolutely will use again.

We had some delays because of weather but they were on top of it and when the first 3 clear days was forecasted, it was scheduled. Two people arrived of the scheduled day, on time. The person in charge knew exactly what to do. All I did was confirm what he understood had to be done and how. Clearly, the estimator and the crew had discussed the job. When the 60 foot ladder arrived there were additional people to help; it was well coordinated. Damage was repaired and I can only that the woodpeckers leave us alone. We used "All American Painting Plus" 3 years ago when we had the exterior painted and we will use them again. Excellent company, well managed and very professional.

Rob's team did an amazing job. They were punctual and performed quality work. They noted an additional area of wood rot and were responsive in getting it fixed. Job was completed within a week, even with weather delays. Our home finally looks beautiful!
