Alfredo Funes

Our house was on the market and with all the rain, the back yard was muddy and wet. A few potential buyers commented, so we needed to do something. I had used Alfredo a few months earlier and was thrilled with the spring cleanup and mulching job, so I called him again. We agreed on a plan to fill in the low area with some topsoil and put down sod (fine fescue for shady areas) in the large low area. Alfredo was extremely professional, he arrived on time and did a great job. The yard looked beautiful and he took the time to setup the sprinklers in the right positions and explain about proper care and watering. I called him a couple of times with questions and he was always very responsive. He returned to the house a day or so later to seed the areas around the sod and did not charge me. He also followed up with phone calls to check up and came back a week or two later to check on the work. I definitely give Alfredo an excellent recommendation!

Alfredo provided an extremely reasonable estimate for the huge amount of work I needed done including the edging of all the beds in the front, sides and back of our home. Additionally, I had 17 yards of mulch delivered and was planning to spread it myself. Alfredo and two of his workers arrived promptly at 8am (despite losing an hour due to DST!) and began work immediately to apply a perfectly spaded edge on all the beds. They actually put forward extra effort to add soil to raise and adjust some flagstones in the front path that had sunk down and were getting covered with mud everytime it rained. Everything was completed by 1:30pm and looked absolutely gorgeous with the leaves removed from the beds, and the mulch spread and raked beautifully. Alfredo was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Alfredo Funes and I will definitely use him again.
