Description of Work: Removed stripped screw from ceiling fan in foyer (very high ceiling) to replace light bulb. Cut warped molding on outside deck and reinstalled. Changed dryer door configuration to open from right.

Description of Work: I ashed him to help find someone to share a house with my son. He said he did not perform that kind of service, but he would help me find another manager who would help me. He replied at least 1 month later that he couldn't find anyone. He was polite and professional. This report is quite a bit after the contact, so it is hard to remember the exact date.

+ -1 moreThere were a few snafus due to the house being old and unoccupied for a few months, but Leon managed the problems well and is reliably prompt with forwarding us the monthly rent. I expect to retain him again at the end of the year.
Description of Work: Took on management of our townhome and was able to find good tenants within a week. Also performed some minor work on the house as well to get it ready for the new occupants.

+ 6 moreLeon gave me a good price which he stuck to. I also paid for the materials for which he furnished reciepts. Although he was busy with other jobs he was able to schedule my work in and finish early. I paid him and provided the reciept for the new owners who were happy with his work. Additionally unlike past contractors Leon's subcontractors were professionals.
Description of Work: I hired Leon to repair the damage done by the former 'contractor' who was fired. After the home inspection prior to selling the house he did all the repairs approved by the Realtor in the contract. He did some correct faucett sink installations, fixed a door, properly hung cabinets, insulated plumbing, repaired incorrectly installed light fixtures, repaired the stove and assisted in moving.

+ 1 moreAfter the storms last winter, we had water damage in our kitchen. Our neighbors recommended Leon Aisner to us. They had had similar damage: Leon repaired their kitchen, and went on to remodel it. Leon was very thorough and conscientious. He explained what needed to be done and why. He communicated well, telling when he would be at our house and was very prompt in showing up. He really cared about doing a good job and he did. It was a good experience and we would use him again.
