Vlad was very hands on too and when he wasn't working on the house was checking on his crew several times a day giving them specific instruction. He walked you through what to expect each day and always asked for our preferences when decisions needed to be made. Their estimates were very competitive and completed the work faster than others could (also worked weekends with our permission). "Hiring this company has been a huge regret. I hate writing bad reviews for companies but there is no way that we can say anything positive. Once you sign the contract, you are hosed. We hired them to do install a Louvered Pergola on our deck. We signed the contract on June 7, 2025 with their salesperson Bart, which said they were expired in installation these. Which were later were told by their electrician that he never did this before. This project was horror from the beginning. First they measured the area incorrectly and started to install the pergola in front of our windows. We had to point this out to them. They then had to lower our sunroom windows. Now here we in Feb 2026 the job is still not complete. I have reached out to them several times. We were not able to install a ceiling fan because of the incorrect measuring, and the pergola isn't functioning. Bad remote, incorrect electrical wiring??? Don't know. DO NOT HIRE THEM! "
