+ -1 moreMr. Byler was very punctual. He arrived ready to start and his demeanor was settling. This being my first home purchase I was nervous to say the least. He was able to explain all of the steps and then perform the inspection. He covered everything that he found with us and the seller separately. This allowed for a candid conversation about any deficiencies he found. He did find some though none were of concern. The detail that Mr. Byler inspected the home with was impressive. He did not waste anyone's time while still offering an extensive and thorough inspection. We are very happy to have use Mr. Byler and recommend his services with the highest sincerity.
