+ -1 moreWent extremely well. I was faced with surgery in 30 days and decided to have this job done at the last minute. I contacted a friend that suggested Ed Boggs. Mr.Boggs was able to squeeze my job in amongst his already completely filled schedule only because of my medical situation. Mr.Boggs started 3 days before my surgery and was finished on time. Amazingly in 3 days, regardless of the weather he was on time with his full crew and started each day immediately. Some custom work was done without asking which completed the job nicely. Mr. Boggs came in on estimate and did a very satisfactory job. If a need arises I will definitely be asking Mr. Bgggs for his services.
Description of Work: Built an A frame porch and screened the area on top of an existing 12 x 14 deck.

+ 1 moreAs stated, we did not utilize Mr. Bogg's services at the time as our decision is till pending. We would not hesitate to do so based on positive feedback from others, however.
Description of Work: Ed Boggs is very professional and knowledgeable. We enlisted his services for an estimate for a pressure-treated wood deck as well as a vinyl composite deck. He went over the details including solutions to cover the heating/cooling units and adequately answered all questions we had. His quotes were reasonable. Because of the awkward shape of the back of our house, we have not decided on the deck issue yet. However, we would not hesitate to utilize the services of Boggs Home Improvement in the future. Neighbors and family have recommended the company have been satisfied with its work.

+ -1 moreI met with Ed Boggs numerous times when deciding on a decking contractor. I absolutely loved him and his crew. I saw their work since they were building my neighbor's deck and it looked really nice. Unfortunately we didn't continue with the project so we didn't get to use him. However, he did a great job with returning calls, showing up when he said he would and providing a bid. I would have like to have had him provide an actual design drawing (he wanted me to do it), but other then that I would recommend him for the bidding process.

+ -1 moreHe is honest. What he tells you is gonna cost is what it's gonna cost. He is on time, he comes when he says he's gonna be there. He does excellent work. He is very thorough, does very good work, has a great team that works with him. If he has somebody that works with him or when somebody he has contracted to do something and they didn't fulfill or didn't do a good job, they no longer work for him. I would refer him to everybody.
Description of Work: Boggs Home Improvement works for me on a continuing basis whenever I needed little thing done. Within the last six months when he was here last. The last time he was here, he installed a couple of lights in my kitchen.

+ 4 moreThey came out to make sure everything was correct before they gave us the estimate. We are planning on having them do additional work.
Description of Work: We are using Boggs Home Improvement to replace 5 windows, install 5 doors and open up 2 brick walls and redo the roof. They are also replacing trim and busting up and removing a concrete patio and pouring a new concrete patio.
