+ -1 moreAndrew contacted me immediately and started to diagnose my issue over the phone (it was related to the door and not the opener as I originally thought). He set up a date and time and arrived promptly. He rapidly diagnosed my issue and was able to repair it quickly. I also asked him what I could do and he walked me thru maintenance I can do so I do not have a similar issue again. I immediately hired him to also upgrade my door opener (my current opener is long in the tooth and I wanted to get a more modern and reliable opener. His prices are more than fair. He had a low fee for the diagnosis and the repairI will hire him again and so should you!
