Collier Services was amazing! 3 minutes after putting in a request for a quote, I got a phone call saying they could come out the next day. It was a 2 hour window instead of the usual 5 hour window. They called to let me know when they were 20 minutes out and showed up on time. Super nice and fixed our minor issue within 45 minutes in total. Will definitely call them again!

I needed a plumber to come to the house to fix a pipe that fed an outside faucet and I needed them right away. I called the office and with in an hour they called me back. I told them my situation and they were able to schedule me the same day. Work done was impeccable.

Mr. Collier is excellent at what he does. I could not recommend him more highly in terms of what he does. He has come to our home twice, was highly professional and was an exceptional find. Anyone needing help with plumbing services could not ask for a better person. He is highly intelligent; on time; if he has a problem getting to your home at the time he promised he calls and let's you know his schedule; either he calls or his office manager calls you. If you are looking for a person of integrity, you could not find a better person. I will be calling him soon for another problem at our home that is related to a heating problem. I can not stress enough how wonderful Collier is. We came home from vacation to discover our pipes had frozen and burst. We got a quote from another company that was about 600+ dollars just to fix where they thought was the only issue. John from Collier came out, quoted us 200+ dollars, and when he found a few more areas where the CPVC had burst he fixed those as well. And the total cost still came out to less than the other company wanted for just one fixed pipe. Not only where they affordable, they are very professional and patient, making sure there were no other issues. He used a different kind of piping that holds up better than the CPVC we have and stated if there was ANYTHING that happened after to give them a call and he'd be right out. I simply can't recommend them enough. Great price, great services, quality work.

This privately operated business provided prompt, professional service. My call to the plumber was carefully recorded and the followup and repair work occurred within 24 h of my contact. I had a simple repair job but I would definitely call Collier for future plumbing needs.
