Priddy Roof Cleaning

Would not have company stain a 2x4. Stain job was careless. Company sanded and power washed brand new deck. Splattered stain on house and pool. Missed several spots. Did not show up on time. No communication with owner. Spit stain all over. Horrible job!

Jimmy and I spoke on the phone a few days prior to any work being done so that he could get my info and said he would come out in a few days to look at everything, and do the work on the spot if we agreed on a price. He gave me a call about an hour before showing up, and within a few minutes we had agreed on a price to have the house power washed, a few shingles replaced, and give the roof a much-needed cleaning. He and his partner went right to work, and I'm amazed at how much better everything looks. The roof looks brand new! Would happily hire these guys again!

Jimmy and his team did an excellent job in cleaning of the roof, siding and driveway. His team was professional, courteous, and completed the work at an excellent level. We even had a water pressure problem the first day and he had to return that next Monday to complete the job even though it was quite a distance for them and even on a holiday. Appreciate going above and beyond and the follow thru was great. Definitely will use Jimmy and his team again.

Jimmy's work is always top notch.

Jimmy was punctual, and actually a little early, which was great. He worked hard and did a thorough job. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained what he would be doing. There was a bird nest on top of one of the gutters---he lightly covered the nest with plastic so the baby birds would not be harmed in the cleaning process.

I was scheduled for service very quickly, and Jimmy showed up on time (technically a little early, but I'm not going to complain about that at all). We walked around the house and deck. He explained what he was going to do, and what I should expect after he was done. We agreed on the final price (same as we talked about on the phone), and he went to work. Once or twice he brought me back out to discuss some things. He was great at communicating what he was doing and he dealt with some problem areas very well. We're also on a well, which can have trouble keeping up with power washing, so he brought a water tank with him that allowed him to keep going pretty much non-stop once he started. He also noticed some things that I should have other folks check out as he worked his way around my house. I appreciated this. I plan to have him come back out to take care of my roof as well as continue to clean the rest of my houses exterior when it needs it again. He and his assistant did great work. The house practically looks new now.

Jimmy did a great job pressure washing the entire house, removing and cleaning all of the screens and professionally cleaning all of the windows on the outside. I had 15 window, over half located on the second floor. He made sure all windows were spotless and reinstalled my screens. The pressure washing removed mildew and turned out great. He had cleaned my roof before and was able to eliminate mildew that others had been unable to remove. I would highly recommend him and will use him again.

He came and sprayed the roof with a compound that cleans the mold off shingles, then he repaired some of the missing ones.

Outstanding. Jimmy was hardworking, stayed late to finish the job, met all my high expectations. Very careful with my property and "new plantings." Used low-pressure water spray on house and deck. Left no "mess." Half a dozen of our neighbors have used his services and we will call him next year.

Stopped by and gave me an estimate. Called references then called him back for the service. They worked for hours and even finished the job in the rain.
