+ -1 moreThese guys did a wonderful job. I called them because we had a snake come into our garage and when we went to try to redirect it out of the garage it found a small opening in between the garage door frame and wall and made its way into the wall. The guys had to remove various pieces of wood trim, wall and garage door tracks. They did it all without damaging one piece. Once they had extracted the snake, they put everything back together with no noticeable disturbance. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.
Description of Work: Removed a snake from the wall of our garage. Sprayed repellent and did a check to confirm no other snakes present.

+ -1 moreSean Dixon of A All Animal Control responded to every call, working diligently to rid us of a very unwelcome house guest. Since the initial inspection and sheet metal reinforcement did not work to keep out the squirrel, we weren't charged for the subsequent visit(s). We were charged (though with discounts) when two traps were set on the house, but were not charged for another visit when the traps were relocated. Mr. Dixon came very promptly when the squirrel was trapped and made all the repairs as he promised. The process was frustrating only because squirrels can be so tenacious! A All Animal Control did everything necessary to get rid of the nuisance; always on time (or called when delayed), always with a plan, always understanding and courteous. A professional service that gets the job done and doesn't mind taking the time to get it done. They had to come out many times over the two month siege, and every time answered our call for help.
Description of Work: We had a squirrel getting into an inaccessible part of the attic. The animal had chewed through the wood molding where a dormer met the roof. An All Animal Control inspected the attic and point of entry. After determining that the animal was not in the attic, they repaired the hole and reinforced with sheet metal to keep the animal out. This was insufficient, as the animal found a new way into the attic, and it's nest. A All Animal Control returned and installed a one-way trap at the new point of entry. A third visit was required to set further traps at new points of entry. Success finally, after A All Animal control moved the traps to different locations along our roof line. The animal was removed, and A All Animal control removed the traps and repaired any exterior damage found at the entry points.
