I was called the very next day after submitting my request for lawn service. Not only was I called the next day, but the work was preformed the next day! The young man that came to the house, provided the estimate, and the service was very courteous and did an excellent job in a short time. My husband and I were very pleased and have arranged for Premier Property Services, LLC to do additional work on our property.

PROJECT WAS NOT ON-TIME, NOT ON BUDGET, I felt that CONTRACTOR IS NOT HONEST. Stairs of a deck and hand rails Project estimate: $1450 (including materials and labor) I had hand rails, if we could not use them, he said he will build them in wood. Completion estimate: One day Saturday: Steps are done. Sunday: He said material i had not enough. He wants $500 more. We agreed that i buy materials and he will give me $200. I spent $380. He does not finish the job on Sunday. Monday: Carpenters said that what we bought is NOT USEFUL, incorrect materials. He buys more material and returns the other material. And finsh at 8:00pm. I wish i can put pics.

He was very reliable, cost was good, did not change. He is very nice young man very conscientious, just a fine contractor. He will be doing things for me in the future. I am very pleased with his work.
