Faber Custom Builders

I will be looking Faber again for my next home improvement projects. I took the time to get several quotes and Faber was the most affordable and I’m very pleased with the end result. Anders and his team worked with me to build exactly what I wanted and to build it the right way. They were also very courteous with my family during construction and minimized disruption. Now almost two years later, I’m very happy with the work, have had no issues, and could not have found a better value. I definitely plan to contact them again for future projects.

Anders and his team were extremely responsive, very thorough, and really great to work with. We worked with Anders on the design of the porch, and everything was done exactly to the specified estimates. There were several change orders, some bad weather (it was November/December), and IPE sourcing issues that caused some delays on project completion, but Anders and his team communicated (in person most of the time) the issues and planned resolutions. During the build, we made a few changes (like enlarging the columns on the porch). Anders provided input on each change including his opinion and the change cost...but left the decisions up to us. In the end, it felt like a very collaborative effort, and the results exceeded our expectations. We are already working with them on our next project, and thoroughly expect to use them for all of our remodeling going forward. It is a rare thing to find someone who is honest, hard working, and customer focused in the industry. Faber Custom Builders wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but we really felt that the job done more than deserved the additional cost. A lot of quality work went into the porch, and it really shows.
