Description of Work: We had a tree break off amd get tangled high above the ground and ovwr our HVAC ynits and very near our house.

Description of Work: Cut down 3 trees, including 2 trees built into a deck which were challenging.

Description of Work: WHAT: They cut down 8 trees and carried the materials off the premises. They also removed some brush we had discussed when he came out to provide the estimate. The estimate covered the desired work, but each time I added specifics, it came back modified in a manner that I questioned. |HOW IT WENT: Work rating was OK. However, when I received the estimate I was told five people would be performing the work -- only three people came to perform the job. I asked whether the job would be done in a day so I could plan on being available -- it was completed in 1.5 days and he cut short some work so he could leave to go to another job. To finish the job on the second day, I changed clothes and started clearing brush myself -- I was then told he couldn't handle any additional materials in his truck. Which surprised me since he showed up on the first day with a truck already half full and had to go empty the truck while work was in progress. The workers put in a good effort and I gave them a tip in addition to paying for the job. I felt the estimate did not reflect what we had discussed and it resulted in the work I needed getting short changed due to a contrived need to get to another job as well as the fact only 3 people showed up for the job instead of 5 as we had discussed. I tried very hard to get a solid estimate from him but the number of people promised was NOT on the estimate. It makes it hard to hold the company to what they promise. When getting the estimate, the person performing the work estimate kept saying I should trust him and the work will get done. While the work got done, I think I was short changed in the extent of the work. In trying to ensure everything was completed, I walked the work area with the team supervisor, I found several things left on the ground that should have been removed, etc. They clearly need improved supervision and someone who can give better estimates. Also, the supervisor was not on site for about half of the first day. In his absence, I talked with the next lead person on the job who agreed that certain items I had discussed with his supervisor, who provided the estimate, would get done. When the supervisor finally returned, I went to him and talked with him about the several items that his interim lead person agreed would be done -- consistent with the estimate I had discussed with the supervisor. At this point the supervisor said I should only be talking with him about the job. I then indicated that I can't talk to the supervisor if they're not on the job site and his crew is working. While the work was 'satisfactory', the clearing of the brush portion of the job was slighted due to the length of the time spent clearing the trees. The work crew did a good job but the work was not clearly communicated to the work crew in my opinion. The second day (not originally scheduled), the crew was supposed to show up first thing in the morning. They showed up over an hour late for 8 am start time the second day. This again contributed to the situation with not enough people and time being allowed to get the work done as desired.

Description of Work: Cut down and removed a 20+ foot willow tree, ground the stump and trimmed a black walnut tree that was hitting my home

Description of Work: The Evergreen crew cut down and then cut into firewood a double stem oak that grew about 8 feet from the corner of my home. Because of the proximity to the house the tree had to be removed in a systematic and careful way. They performed the work in a exemplary manner to my full satisfaction.

Description of Work: trimmed a couple of trees, did a nice, neat job. cleaned up all the debris, quick and efficient. a fair price.

Description of Work: Took about 6 hours working on a steep hill. Removed trees, cleared brush and small trees to improve view. They cleaned up, stacked wood and were polite. Happy. Will use again.

Description of Work: Trimmed off several large tree branches we felt too dangerous for us to cut down. We also did not have any means of getting that high up. They cut the branches down and cut them into smaller pieces and left them for me to cut up even smaller, as requested.
