+ -1 moreSo I bought a Toro Commercial 3000 in June 2015 from Carlyle and Anderson in Purcellville. ...After repeated requests to Rick the salesman...as he promised me a spare key and a manual that come with the mower; I have yet to receive them. I keep emailing him but no results.. I have spent thousands (a 855 Gator, a 2032r) at this place and bought other equipment..I even own enough John Deere stock to be a voting member..but yet I get no service. I think I will contact some friends at John Deere Corporate..I even thought about buying Virginia Tractor and all of its stores including this one just to clean house, but why waste money on a lost cause. I will now take my business to Gladhill John Deere. I am sure Carlyle and Anderson will use the classic excuses..."There was a miscommunication", "We changed computer systems", "Things have been so busy", "It got over looked" "there was a death in the family"..etc. You cant use any excuse for covering the 3 months I have waited. There is no excuse for poor customer service.

+ -1 moreSo far, now well. I will update when I finally get it back. Hopefully this year.
Description of Work: The service department is very very slow, and rather expensive at that. They have had my tractor for a full two weeks and haven't even looked at it yet. I called to get an update (they don't call you, you must call them), and they had no idea when they would get to it. And seemed like they couldn't care less. If I had known this going in, would have taken it elsewhere for repairs. Price I put is from the previous repair (which should have been under warranty). That said, they seem honest. But slow and expensive.

+ -1 moreFirst time customer. They picked-up and delivered the mower for a reasonable fee, which I needed since the mower is large and heavy and I don't have a trailer. They did an annual service, checkup, oil change, and engine tune-up. Took two weeks, exactly as promised. Funny thing is, the mower runs better than it ever has in 5 years. It uses NOTICEABLY less fuel, and has more power and cuts without bogging. Wish I had taken it to them sooner. They apparently have mechanics that know their stuff. The only criticism, they are friendly but somewhat vague about their service and expectations. Could explain things more, especially to a new customer. But the mower service was a bargain and the results were great. Will certainly use them again.
