+ -1 more#1 - The cinder block wall of the garage had major cracks. As this wall also supports a sunroom, this caused much distress. The company's employees were able to dig down, into the underground water build a shaft and install a sumppump, pumped water out continuously, to allow masons to install new footers and repair the damaged wall. Excellent skills!#2 - Backyard was constantly damp. A ditch was dug and a drainage pipe installed that allows the ground water to flow out of the yard area.#3 - Following a major storm, we had over a dozen trees downed or damaged, including 3 that fell into a creek. These would cause flooding the next time heavy rains occurred. In the 100+ degree weather, the ASC Excavating team and equipment was able to move the downed trees away from the house and out of the creek immediately, and then returned to clear up the rest of the debris. In all cases, the work was done quickly and neatly. Employees very respectfully and helpful with other questions. Took care of everything needed!
Description of Work: Have used ASC Excavating several times. #1 - Garage masonry wall cracking due to underground water levels shifting footers. Company able to dig down into water, continually pumping hole to allow new footers to be poured and wall rebuilt.#2 - Installed a "French" ditch to drain water from a wet area of the backyard.#3 - Following a major storm, used equipment to move downed trees, both in the yard and in the creek that flows through the property, thus avoiding other problems that could be caused the next time heavy rains occur.
