Description of Work: I had had 3 occasions to use Artaville Rugs. The first was visiting his jam packed show room in Occoquan. The second was when I ordered and picked up new pads for my existing rugs. The third contact was when my newly cleaned rug was delivered and 2 more rugs were taken for cleaning and repair. All of my experiences were excellent and easy.

Description of Work: They picked up, cleaned, and delivered back an 8x10 oriental rug. Their turn around time was very quick and the rug looked great when done. There was some rippling on the fringe end on one side of the rug which the owner said would settle down. It is settling but not yet totally flat.

 + 0 moreWe hired this company to clean and fix a relative's handmade 8x10 rug that was in rough shape. We found Artaville in Occoquan, VA and were greeted by friendly and professional staff who assured us they would be able to fix the knotting and the stains. I was expecting them to be able to get most of the stain out, but I wasn't expecting it to be spotless! The rug literally looks brand new, they even re-fringed it for us and it looks fantastic. My aunt is so happy with her "new" rug and we are thrilled at how great it looked.
