+ 0 moreTerrible. Communication was sparse and inconsistent. Job didnt start until 1 month after it was scheduled to begin and it dragged on for 6 months. Sometimes we went weeks without hearing from anyone. The job didnt even get completed and I had to finish it myself. What little did get done on the finish carpentry was so subpar that i had to redo several things. Far too many things were subbed out as well. Complete waste of money. Should have done it myself on my days off.
Description of Work: 16' x 16' master bedroom. Modified existing floor plan to accommodate 8' x 16' master bath.

Description of Work: This company was called for an estimate on siding and roofing, as well as an estimate on a house purchase which needed upgrades. |Appointments were set and the contractor never showed up or answered my calls for the second estimate. This company is local but unreliable. Very disappointing.

Description of Work: There was no service performed because the contractor never showed or called for the appointment. We were bidding on a home purchase and had set an appointment for 3:30 PM. We arrived at 3:00 to meet the Realtor and have the house opened. We waited to call until 4:00 PM giving allowing time for distraction. There was no answer on the cell phone so we left a message reminding him of the appointment and asking him to call back if he couldn't make it. Three phone calls later, with no response we finally left the property at 5:30 PM. This individual not only wasted our time but the Realtor who had recommended him. She is a local Realtor and will never recommend him in the future. A phone call, returned, would have been acceptable. Trying to keep the business local is not always possible!
