We provide free inspections, consultations and estimates. I had a prior experience with another contractor regarding encapsulation of our crawl space. That experience was unfavorable and thus I was concerned about using another contractor for work in our crawl space including mold remediation and correction of the failed work with the earlier contractor. So far I am very pleased with this contractor whose work was well defined and completed in line with our agreement/contract.

They removed mold under a very large crawl space and fully wrapped the crawl space, installed a dehumidifier, have come back come back and followed up a few times since. Work was done in mid 2011 and I just contacted him at 8 p.m. on a Sat. night March 2015 and he answered his phone and is coming in two weeks to install a meter so I can monitor humidity under the house. EXCELLENT SERVICE, Honest man, very avoidable.
