Good communication. Showed up as promised. Thoroughly cleaned fire place and logs. Emptied hepa vac three times. Adjusted sand, cleaned burner and set pilot. Added necessary ember material and flakes. Arranged logs for least amount of soot build up. Cleaned up. Total just under an hour and all is good. Will use again and would highly recommend. He was able to identify the problem and get the logs started

Jerry and his team helped us when another company had a problem installing a new dishwasher in our kitchen. A previous owner of the home renovated the kitchen but blocked the dishwasher in with the new flooring and countertop, and the other company could not get the old dishwasher out. Square Deal was able to walk us through our options to solve this issue and was able and willing to help us execute any of them. In the end, we had them fix the old installation's plumbing issues and are keeping the existing dishwasher for now, but now know what we face when we do replace it. It was a tricky situation and I was so thankful they took the time to help us even though it wasn't a major job -- but we needed the expertise they had in order to address the problems (carpentry, plumbing, appliance issues). I was beyond impressed by their customer service and they are clearly experts in the difference between a quality renovation and a slip-shod one. They are dedicated to high quality work, responded quickly and treated us like important clients even though it was a minor job. I would absolutely turn to them for a bigger job, and was beyond impressed.

Mike, Davey and Jerry were phenomenal to work with. They were good communicators, finished the project on time and kept our house clean throughout the process. They even cleaned the house when all was said and done and surprised us by moving our furniture back in place. It was right after Christmas and we were so excited. Our house feels much more elegant and put together now. Our floors look AMAZING!!!! A+++++

They offer great insight and opinion on what material and look would be best for the remodel. They were very reasonably price compared to the other quotes we received.
