+ -1 moreHe never returned my call or text message. My neighbor gave me his name and told me he was the best chimney guy around. I called and left a message at the beginning of November. I waited a month figuring this was a very busy time of year. My neighbor told me the best way to contact him was to send a text message so I did that on December 3. Nothing. Absolutely no response. I'm giving up. I'm calling another company with recent favorable reviews on Angie's List.
Description of Work: Absolutely nothing, didn't even return my call.

+ -1 moreI called about 6 chimney sweep firms and asked for a prompt call back. Mr Seary was only one of two that did promptly responded. Very impressed with his knowledge. I selected another firm only because I needed the work done ASAP.

+ -1 moreThey started w/ covering the area protecting my home furnishings. Next they inspected my components for defects and began to clean using their trade equipment. After work was completed they cleaned up offered a few suggestions to help maintain my chimney.
Description of Work: Searcy came earlier than scheduled, performed services in a professional manner and addressed my chimney concerns promptly. I will recommend this service if asked.

+ 0 moreI really liked this company as they saved me a lot of money. I had the insurance company come in and quote me a price to fix the fireplace and it was more expensive than this company. They did an excellent job. I think they are very reasonable with their pricing, too.
Description of Work: I had a new brick wall put in around my fireplace and they also cleaned it out.
