Excellant. Very professional. It had to be rescheduled due to a problem at the asphalt plant but they were proactive to let me know they were running behind and why. I rescheduled for the next morning and they were there early and completed the job quickly. I am very happy with my new driveway.

Kevin and crew did a great job .. they sealed my driveway and filled some cracks and then shortly after an unexpected heavy downpour ruined the job, but Kevin came out the next am and reapplied the sealant ..

The job went amazing. They edged and sealed my driveway. It was complete when they said it would be and looks awesome. Could not be happier with the work preformed.

These guys are great! Had my driveway extended two separate times and the workers were always on time, polite, and knowledgeable. Plus, the driveway looks great! Would definitely use them again!

Sealer was not done well. Did not realizee how bad it was u til I had it done by another company later on. Sealer was thin and slippery when wet. Most disappointing was the tar they left on my from porch and steps when they knocked on my door for payment.

Contacted them to give myself and neighbor an quote for repave/repair driveway. A rep came out and met with me and my neighbor and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. He said he would get Neva quote by Friday. Friday came and went; No Quote. I waited until the following week to give extra time and when I still had nit received the estimate, I emailed. Still no response. After several days I called company and got an answer machine and left a message. Still no reply. If they did not want the job, the last they could have done was to let me know they were not going to provide a quote. Very unprofessional.

This is a follow-up to my previous post dated 9/25/2017 regarding this company. On October 2, 2017 a representative of the company called stating that they would come on October 4 to repair the area that was not properly graded. They came on that date and removed and replaced the asphalt that was causing rain water to be funneled into my garage. On October 20, they came and finished sealing around the patch and resealing the rest of the driveway. The work was professionally done and the workers were courteous. The work was performed at no additional cost to me. We have had two heavy rains since the patch was completed and no rain water came in the garage. In six months the asphalt in the patch will be covered with a sealer and that will be the final test as to whether this fully corrected the problem.

They did an extremely good and professional job. They gave me several different levels to choose from, and while they were not the cheapest company, they made up for it in the quality of work performed. I will certainly use them again.

ProSeal was responsive arrived on time for the estimate was very professional and left me with a written estimate before they left. I was very impressed with every aspect of the interaction but there price was significantly higher. They did leave me with a price quote to seal my existing driveway and I plan on using them for that service which was competitive.

Excellent in every respect. The crew was courteous and did a very professional job. Even though I had received lower proposals, I choose this company because of their Angies List record. I ordered the better treatment and was pleased I did.

I called ProSeal asking for someone to come out and quote for a driveway that is cracking. I explained that not only did we need it repaved, we also wanted to discuss what needed to be done to prevent this from cracking again. Driveway is on a hill and we feel it's due to drainage flow on the side the drive. I was told that they would be out the following day and they would call us an hour before arrival. Instead, no one called, they showed up two days later and we found an estimate in the mailbox for adding two inches of pavement on top of the cracked driveway. This did us no good. Needless to say I will keep looking for another company.

This is an updated review. My issues w/this company were, in part, related to communication. Our driveway is long & we have a large, paved parking area behind our house. ProSeal's estimate [to rebuild & pave the actual driveway and "seal" the back parking area], was in line w/other bids. As we've had drainage issues, we also asked for a "berm," to direct rainwater down the driveway instead of it spilling into our back yard. While I recall telling them we would be driving over the berm, on completion, I could not w/o scraping the underside of my sedan. It can be driven over by a truck. When queried, they told us there was no "fix," except tear the berm out. It could not be modified, by reducing its height. The driveway portion appears well done, except we had a "swale" at the bottom, where there was none before. Rain water accumulates there. When it freezes in cold weather, it creates a safety issue. Again, when asked, the owner explained that although they were willing to redo that portion, due to the grading, the western edge would be too thin and would soon crumble. I think that should have been explained in the beginning, when giving us an estimate. [And discussing the problem in person was very uncomfortable. I felt like the owner wasn't hearing what I was saying.]. Since I've now had the problem corrected by another service, turns out to have been not accurate. On a positive side, they did [on their own initiative], level the paved portion of the driveway where it connects to our back patio area to make it easier for someone wheelchair bound to negotiate entrance/exiting. As my husband was dealing w/a serious illness, and needed a wheelchair at times, this was much appreciated. Some of the communication problems were, I believe, due to things being lost in translation between the person I would speak to on the phone & the people doing the actual work. I am also very nit-picky - and being under the strain of care-giving, may not have communicated as clearly as possible myself. So, the work was OK - not perfect and not bad. They were here when expected and cleaned up well after completion.

The crew arrived in the afternoon and completed the job a lot faster than I thought it would take. They seem to have done a good job. I was bummed after they left when I remembered I did not use discount for home show or Angie's List. But that's my fault. They charged more then other estimates but reviews were good so I went with them. I was hoping the edges of the driveway would be more defined and also, my driveway butts up to my brick house and there is a gap between driveway and house and I thought they would fill in gap so rain could not go in there. They didn't. I will go to HD and get stuff and do myself but feel that as much as paid, at least that should have been done. It is a detail that should have been taken care of. Overall, I love the way it looks and I hope it lasts for a while. We will see how it does after a couple of snows next winter.

Working with Robbie at Pro-Seal was excellent. The work was done without issue and I would definitely use them in the future.

Job done very quickly. Some areas were not smooth where crack repairs were done. However, produce was applied well and we were informed that the cost reflected the quality of the material and should last 5 yrs.

Robbie and Kevin responded quickly to our inquiries. There were a few issues with the initial project, but they were well resolved to our satisfaction and we would definitely use them again.

very well. I took extra time to prep the driveway myself since I had some peeling. They showed up on time and did what appears to be a very good coating. There was no mess afterwards. They estimated the job should last 5 years but we will see. I am happy with what I got.

Kevin, the owner, responded promptly by visiting my home and giving me a proposal with multiple options. He explained the pros and cons of each treatment. (Most companies simply wanted to spray my driveway.) I chose the comprehensive service which should last four to five years. Kevin's team did an excellent job of 1) filling the cracks and 2) sealing the driveway first with a squeegee and then a spray treatment. Kevin has offered to re-check the driveway and may apply more sealant. I'm glad Kevin explained the options. I was willing to spend the additional $$$ for a quality job that will last several years.

It was great! They used the right kind of product, and they used a squeegee to apply it which means the coating will last longer and look better. Furthermore, their office staff was professional and friendly, they had a very competitive price, and they showed on time for the appointment. In fact, my neighbors were so impressed by the work that they decided to have the company sealcoat their driveways as well.

Pros: Overall the quality of the repairs and seal coating has been excellent. The worker were punctual, neat and appeared to do everything necessary for a satisfactory job. After this somewhat severe winter, I am pleased to say that all of the patching has held up and the seal coat is still in excellent condition. Cons: Communication with the sales person was clearly a shortcoming. Settling on the work and price required more calls back and forth then should have been necessary. After the work was completed small portions of the driveway had not dried (approx. 7 days) This created a potential messy situation as young children and pets had to be kept clear of those areas. Discussed issue with SR who advised to give it another day or two and if still wet he would come by and resolve. Waited two more days and called because problem still existed. He never called or came by. Eventually the sealer dried. Second issue was the second coat of sealer which I paid for. Unlike the first application, this was a quickie process. Upon arrival, the workman probably spent less then 15 minutes with the spray focusing primarily on the center of the driveway. the edges were completely ignored. Conclusion: I am happy with the overall job that was done. The drive looks considerably better then it did, and despite the harsh winter, the surface has held up very well. The men actually doing the sealing were polite, neat and seemed to care about the quality of their work . The sales person was also nice to deal with, but his follow-up left much to be desired. I marked above that I would not use Pro Seal again, but the correct choice would be a "Maybe" rating
