OTG was very quick to schedule and show up to give a quote. They were very professional when it came to the quote and handed me a paper quote that day. After this though they sadly never returned phone calls, scheduled an installation date, or cared to do the job over 2 months after accepting the bid. Everytime I called asking for a time for them to start the job I was told "we will get have xyz back to you." Finally I had to just cancel the job and go with another contractor. I just couldn't believe they would do a good job if they didn't even communicate, return calls, or follow up.
