I never write reviews because I'm: a) difficult to impress; and b) lazy. But I recently had new flooring installed in 2 bathrooms and a laundry room and Jimmy's did a fantastic job. Sandy in the store spent a lot of time helping me pick out the right product. On installation day, the team was on time, polite, respectful of my home, and skilled at what they do. The floors look great (and I inspected every corner and edge) and their prices were very reasonable. Only one problem.....one of my dogs is afraid of the new floor. :)

Owner Jimmy and crew were very punctual. Materials arrived on time and installation began in the kitchen. This was an all day job involving a lot of meticulous cutting. The prior installation had been sloppy and seams were covered with caulking to cover the uneven installation. All the floor molding was carefully removed and replaced. In addition I had wooden strips placed between the rooms instead of the metal strips. The upstairs bathroom was quicker. There had been a leak and Jimmy replaced the flooring that was soft before beginning the installation. He also alerted me to a new area of concern on the toilet so I contacted a plumber. Judy, co-owner and Sarah and Sandy the sales associates were very helpful in assisting me to select the right product for my needs and budget.This is a family run business and I have used there services before to install carpeting throughout my house. They take a great deal of pride in their work. No wonder they have been in the flooring business for approximately 40 years. I am happy to recommend Jimmy's Carpets.

The folks at Jimmy's are wonderful! Very helpful and they try very hard to match your budget and needs to just the right flooring. No hard sell here. And, all the installations are done by them and not out sourced. Had them install more carpet and tile and IT WAS WONDERFUL. Arrive and leave on time and very courteous and knowledgable

We were completely satisfied. They showed up when they said they would and that's about all you can ask.

This was a long time ago so details are a little bit fuzzy. However, we were very impressed with the staff at the store location and the crew that came out to do the installation. The carpet is still holding up very well after over 3 years. Pick a quality carpet from them, and Jimmy's will do a good job on the install. The folks in the store are very friendly and know their stuff.

Talked to the company on Friday and arranged appointment for Monday morning. Showed up on time and completed projects in a very timely amount of time. Very satisfied with this company and would use again and recommend to others.

Jimmys Carpet Sales and Service did a great job on the carpet. It was good quality Berber carpet. They did quality installation. We've had no bubbling or tears. They stretched the carpet just right. We had no complaints at all. They did great work at a great price.

Jimmy's Carpet called and got the OK to come and install the carpet. They moved our furniture around which was nice. When they replaced the furniture, they put small blocks under the furniture so it wouldn't stain the carpet.
