Description of Work: They cleaned out all my gutters as promised (and when promised), and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. In fact, I first didn't think they had come (I was away during the service) because I couldn't find any traces - except that the gutters were clean. On the minus side, it is a bit strange of them not to reconfirm the appointment and not to leave even a card or note after completing the job.

 + -1 moreThe firm came to my attention during a local craft fair. I picked up their literature and being of an age where cleaning gutters is much less attractive than in the past, asked for an estimate. They came out and provided an estimate which appeared reasonable. Because of other things going on around the house, I elected to hold off the installation. When I decided to move forward, the personnel apparently had rotated and they wanted to re-do the estimate. The price did not rise in excessive of what one might expect of inflation. They came out within two days and completed the work in my absence. I have no problem with the installation.
Description of Work: The work performed was the installation of a system for keeping gutters clean of leaves while allowing water to flow freely. We haven't had a severe rain since the installation where I've had a chance to notice how well the water runs off. I went up on the roof and inspected the work and have no problem with the work performed.

Description of Work: We used Gutter Pros to put a gutter shield over our existing gutters. The estimator Chuck, came to our house and explained why their product was better. He even brought samples of competitor's products to explain the differences. The installers showed up on time, and were very professional and proficient. We would highly recommend them for this service.

They are selling a product and once you buy it you are stuck with it. I don't think I would use them in the future.
