Pricing they did fine and responsiveness I didn't complain and they were fine when I called them and I don't think whether I will use them again.

They were on time, friendly and professional. They took pictures of the finished product which I thought was a great idea.

Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results. We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job. While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home. I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros.

They were awesome. I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient. They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows. Excellent cleanup. They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid. I highly recommend them to anyone need exterior work done.

Purchased big deal for gutter cleaning. Communicated thru email. Very efficient, clean - no debris noticed, effective.

I can't really give much feedback as I wasn't home when the service occurred - but gutter cleaning was indeed performed and everything seemed fine.

It was okay. It wasn’t the best but it worked. They showed up on time. I had to ask him to clean up the trash after he emptied the gutter. That was not included. I thought for sure that they would pick up the trash that came out of the gutters. The scheduling wasn’t a problem.

They never called me to set up an appointment. I was very disappointed.

Gutter pros sent 2 people to my house to go over all the details and give me an estimate. They were very knowledgable and answered all my questions - even those I didn't even know I had. They showed up on time and had a sample of the product for me to look at. I did not decide on the spot as it was a big investment, and was thankful they did not pressure me. I called them after about 5 days and we agreed on a final price and signed the contract. It was installed early Feb 2015 - about 1 week after I signed the contract. It took 1 person about 2 hours to do the work. So far it looks nice and strong. The real test will be in the fall when all the leaves fall to see how it holds up. I am looking forward to never having to see leaves flowing out of my gutters and not having to worry about cleaning them out. I will update in October to write how they hold up.

The provider was very impersonal. Did not reply to request for quotes. Did not do the work when requested. Cannot confirm that the entire gutter system was cleaned until weather gets better and I am able to climb a ladder. Some of the down spouts are draining and some are not which leads me to believe that the down spouts were not cleared and i expected this to be a part of the gutter cleaning. Did not get a condition report for my gutters with recommendations. Very disappointed in this contractor. UPDATE: Contractor contacted me and explained that he was not offering the $99.00 special any longer and said that he was trying to get Angie's List to remove this special for their listings. He was having a difficult time in getting Angie's List to comply. Anyway he told me he would reimburse me my $99.00 and he sent me a check. I changed my ratings that I had originally given the contractor. He made everything for me right. I really appreciate this. I still marked him down on Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism because of the delay it took for him to respond to my concerns. The Professionalism was marked down because of the first two.

The owner came out and gave us an option. He came out twice. They did great and it's a good product too. They have excellent customer service. They follow calls if it can't be done. They're extremely knowledgeable. I would use them again. Their installer person was great. He really knew what he's doing. He's efficient and really personable.

Scheduling was easy. It took around two hours to complete the job and it was easy.

The work seemed to have gone okay. The only problem I had was with scheduling. They did not show up the first time and they never called to let me know.

They were very nice. They were able to complete the job in an hour and a half.

went well. The technician said that he was going to have their sales dept. email me an offer for new gutter guards. As of now, I have not heard from them.

I told Gutter Pros I wanted to be there when they performed their service but they did not let me know when they were coming. I then followed up with emails to find out exactly how much of the gutters were done and they were unable to tell me. I was not given an estimate for the rest of the house as advertised. Now I have to hire someone else to complete the work and I don't even know what was done. Completely unhappy with this service.

The man that came to do the job was very professional and nice; however because their were guards on most of the gutters, he was unable to clean them well. And due to the additional cost to put the guards back on I was not able to have them cleaned properly. I did not understand when I paid the cost that they would not put the guards back on without additional charges.

It went very well. He got to work immediately and cleaned all of our gutters. I was impressed that he also cleaned off the debris that came out of the gutters from our porches, steps, and sidewalks.

I cannot say enough good things about Gutter Pros; suffice it to say I would pay full price for this service. They came in a timely manner, dealing with them prior to the visit was polite, friendly and professional, AND they did a really good job. What more can you ask for? Gutter Pros contacted me within 24 hours of my Angie's List purchase, set up the appointment, and, best of all, I didn't need to be home so there was no juggling schedules to make it work. I have a 2600 sq. ft. ranch with lots of trees on my lot. The gutters were choked with debris from the past two years since I last cleaned them. As a middle aged woman, I had no desire to climb on a ladder to clean gutters again. For the price, it seemed worth the price to try and boy am I glad I did. This is definitely a chore I will hire Gutter Pros to do in the future. If you are looking to hand some of the chores of home ownership over to someone else to do I highly recommend handing over cleaning your gutters to Gutter Pros. Mow the grass, trim the edges, but leave the Gutters to Gutter Pros, you won't regret it.

Had an appointment scheduled with them 12/15/2014 between 8am-10am, and they haven’t shown.

It went well. Provider was here for about an 1-1.5 hours and cleaned all gutters on the house and garage, cleared away the leaves and left everything looking just as good if not better than what it looked when he arrived.

I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys!
