David and 4D are the Best. He came out and looked at our patio door and quickly determined it did not need to be replaced. A tap here and there and a seal did the trick. We were super impressed and went from a $600 replacement glass to a $20.00 adjustment. This is an honest and professional businessman. After months of problems and follow up service calls, 4D finished their installation of our steam shower glass in November 2014. In the middle of April 2015, I noticed water leaking on the exterior of the glass. Upon investigation, I found that the glass was no longer attached to the marble/tile surface and was barley hanging from the ceiling clips. The original general contractor brought in another company to review the problem. Their immediate response at first sight was that the glass system 4D had installed was inadequate and should never have been hung that way, due to safety concerns. Because of this, the entire system must be replaced with a more robust setup and will cost both me and my general contractor more money. I have chosen to use a new glass subcontractor because 4D has continuously proven to be unreliable and ignorant with their knowledge of shower glass and attempts to provide a very straight forward and safely installed steam shower system.

4D was subbed by my general contractor to do a bathroom renovation and to replace a missing window pane. After a week of use, the shower door transom started falling down and all the seals on the shower came undone. 4D returned to fix the shower and told me that they failed to properly tighten all the bracket screws during the original install. The transom is now hung properly, but the seals have come unglued 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Also, when replacing the missing window pane, Don saw glass fall into what he thought was my wife's purse (below the window). It was actually our son's diaper bag. He left without letting my wife know about the glass that had fallen, and my wife cut her hand on the glass. She then cleaned out other glass and paint chippings from the diaper bag. When confronted about the incident, Don told us that he saw the glass go in to the bag, but did not want to go through the bag. My wife was home, but he did not alert her or our contractor about the glass. I would not trust Don Dreyer to step foot in our house again.

4D came out to look at our windows. We had 4 windows where condensation had gotten between the double panes. Another company had told us that these windows needed to be completely replaced, that we couldn't just remove the glass. 4D came out and said we could just replace the glass. He measured and ordered the windows. It took 2 weeks to get the glass in. They came right on time today and quickly replaced the double panes with new glass. They look absolutely beautiful. The price was almost a 1/4 of the other big window company who said the whole thing would need replacing.

Was very professional. responsive, and thorough. One time he did not have the final trim with him at the time, and he refused payment until he could return with the trim to finish.

My builder-grade windows are approaching 20 years old and many of the seals have ruptured allowing moisture to condense between the glass. Rather than replace the entire window unit, 4D was able to replace just the glass and match it exactly with the other windows. From day one, Dave was responsive and professional. He gave me a reasonable estimate quickly and scheduled a time to install. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain that day and Dave rescheduled for 2 days later. He was running a little late in the morning, but gave me a courtesy call to let me know. When Dave and Don showed up, they simply removed each window, took them out to their truck where they replaced the glass, and came back in to reinstall. The entire operation took about 90 minutes and they did a great job. I would HIGHLY recommend using 4D to replace the glass rather than the entire window if you have this problem!

He's been the cheapest, but he's the best around. I wouldn't have anyone else do the work for me. I'm comfortable with this guy in my home and I knew he knew what he was doing. He cleaned up behind himself and did the job in a timely manner. I was very satisfied.
