Description of Work: I did a remodeling and asked for their move-in move-out special. They send three people, only one person spoke English. They were in a rush and did a very superficial cleaning. They packed up three times to leave and I had to stop them because they didn't clean under the cabinets in the kitchen, didn't vacuum under the rug, left areas un mopped; the fourth time I just decided it was not worth trying to get them to do the job.

Description of Work: We took advantage of an Angie's Big Deal and had this company in to clean. They were on time and cleaned quickly (4 women there for 1 hour) but afterwards we found several smaller areas that were missed like there was still some dust/hair on the floor behind the bathroom door and they didn't clean our basement powder room and stairs despite that all falling within the square footage allowed by the coupon. I think the fact that we have a split level so there are many levels maybe threw them off. It wasn't a terrible job but I probably won't use them again since I wasn't 100% satisfied.
