Real Touch Maids

I had scheduled the cleaning service to come out on a certain date; however, we got hit by a snowstorm. The folks were not able to come out that day due to slick conditions. After, a good amount of back and forth correspondence on email and the phone, we finally worked out a new date and time for service. The cleaning team was punctual. The cleaning job was good. Our refrigerator had an area in it which I didn't expect to be totally cleaned ... maybe a dent would be placed in the cleaning of this spot. When I took a look afterwards, it was totally cleaned up. I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean the kitchen was when they were done. More cleaning than I had expected. For the rest of the house, they vacuumed, cleaned the wood floors, nice job on all of the bathrooms, and dusting was completed on just about every surface they could reach. Overall, I was pleased and my wife was thankful that I had given her this gift. Clean house and brownie points with the wife at the same time. Life is good! :-)

We purchased the Big Deal for 4 hours of home cleaning services. The way the deal works is that you get either 2 cleaners for 2 hours or 1 cleaner for 4 hours. It is not an good deal with this particular service provider in my opinion. The company sent 2 cleaners and they were done in 1.5 hours. When they arrived, one of the cleaners pointed out areas that they would not be able to clean due to clutter (e.g., book shelves, storage bureau) but it seemed that they were trying to do as little as possible. While the cleaners were courteous and efficient, the work was perfunctory and they seemed rushed to spend as little time in our home as possible.

It was okay. I liked how they cleaned my over and the inside of my refrigerator, and everything else was the same as any other service. The ease of scheduling and punctuality was also average.

He came out when I was not prepared to start the work, I thought he would be here later in the afternoon, he arrived early. I had to reschedule and then cancel that appointment. We have not been in touch since. I would just like to cancel this service.

Generally well. I had an issue with one cleaner who didn't do the sink in the master bath very well, but when I pointed it out, they fixed it and told me that they would fix anything I didn't think was done well. Also dusting was done a little sporadically. The women were nice, professional and I would use them again. Th company was considerate and very easy to work with.

Provider showed up on time with a crew of three women. They went to work immediately and cleaned the entire house along with tidying up the place. They did an excellent job!

Difficult to communicate with the provider. No proper reply for scheduling and miss the schedule 2 times.

I have used them several times and they overall do a great job. I had to remind them to move the furniture around and get behind things (I have a cat who sheds like crazy) and they have remembered each time to do this. Because they are a team, they get it done quickly and thoroughly.

They did a good job cleaning my house, showed up on time, and were professional. I guess I gave them a B because the deal was advertised as and quot;Whole House Deep Cleaningand quot;. I'm not sure how this differs from a regular cleaning as this was my first experience using a cleaning service so I don't have any personal experience to compare it to.

Very fine work. Exceeded my expectations. My townhouse had not been cleaned in some time and the team made it shine.

Be careful with Real Touch Maids. They call it a "deep cleaning," but I have received better service for one-third of their price elsewhere. Regardless of what Angie calls it, I would not consider it a "Deal." They list exactly what they will do on paper, and they only did approximately 70% of that in my case. They failed to clean decorative items, windowsills. Not so much as a complete dusting. Any severe stains stayed exactly as they were, and no furniture seems to have been moved or cleaned. I acknowledged to the crew and their supervisor that my apartment was cramped and a bit difficult, but to do what they could. I suppose I should have phrased it "do all you can." They cleaned well enough, but hardly a $139 deep cleaning. They did call but they were late. I have read other reviews, giving them much higher marks, so it must depend which crew you get. I will only say, be careful and keep your expectations low with Real Touch Maids.

The service was prompt and arrived on time. It was a crew of four who were at my house for a total of about 1.5 hours. It was definitely not a deep cleaning. I found many places around after they left that were not even thoroughly mopped.

I had a lot of trouble scheduling with them. I was unable to get in touch with them for a while, and when I did reach them, they said that they were overbooked. The service itself was fair.

The provider did a wonderful job- on time, polite, and provided quality service

We bought this as a discounted service, so the service was pretty formulaic. Our house is actually very clean, so I was looking for a level of and quot;deep cleaningand quot; that wasn't really included in the pre-purchased package. For example, I wanted the windows cleaned and the HVAC intake ducts vaccumed, kitchen shelving cleaned. The company was willing to do all of this, but since it was outside of the it would incur an additional fee. This was my mistake for not reading the fine print of the deal we purchased.

The maids arrived 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time and went straight to work cleaning the house. Two maids worked upstairs on the bedrooms while a third went to work on the main floor. They did an excellent job and were finished in roughly 2 hours on a 2200 SQFT townhouse.

It went a very well. The maids themselves did an excellent job. They got everything done in a timely fashion. Their supervisor came with them, and sat in the truck. It felt a little like they were being micromanaged.

I would say very well. There were details like outside of cabinets in kitchen, shades on the lamps were not cleaned. What they worked on was done to a high standard. I would use them again, but maybe mention certain areas. Very prompt (early) very friendly and very speedy.

first time, unable to find parking. second time, job underestimated. third time, came late, were kept late on another job. I think they were probably tired by the time they got to me. I showed one of the cleaners what she missed cleaning the exposed duct work. she just watched as I did it. I had to point out areas to clean - inside bathroom cabinets, tops of picture frames, window and door sills. floors were damp-mopped but not scrubbed. she explained to me that they don't do that while the home is still occupied but when its empty for the new owner. they offered to come back.

It was fine. They were very friendly and detailed. They brought their own products.

I was not happy with them and I would not use them again. They sent three people and the person that cleaned the floor that my wife was on did a great job. The other two did not do a good job. We had to go in and clean after them.

Well, I didn't know what to expect at first since I've had little luck with cleaning firms. This one did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with Real Touch Maids. In fact, I didn't realize how beautiful my home was - if I do say so myself- because I never saw it this clean. I will definitely hire this firm again. Thanks so much Real Touch!!!

It turned out well. Scheduling went good and the price was reasonable. They were very thorough and did a complete job.

Everything turned out well. The three person crew arrived on time, did a pretty thorough cleaning, and was very helpful the entire time. I did have to pay an additional fee since I had three bathrooms, but the company was good about explaining this upfront.
