Description of Work: Were late because previous job took longer than planned. Still gave them an A because they called ahead to give me a heads up which I appreciated. They cleaned inside my fridge and oven per the Angies List offer and did a fabulous job. They cleaned my 3 level town home (2 cats) and made my chairs, stairs, and carpets look cat free. One of our bathrooms was being used for our kitty litter and was covered with dust. It is now sparkling clean. One of the group spoke English and he showed up at the beginning to go over my wishes for my home and explain them to the cleaning crew and then came back at the end. Overall very satisfied.

Description of Work: They arrived four hours early - guess that is good. But they didn't get into the nooks n crannies of housecleaning. The floors were wet wiped with spots remaining; the dusting missed obvious places on the staircases and the bathrooms were skimmed over. Faster than I could have cleaned my TH but not white-glove sparkling.

Description of Work: Quickly scheduled us for work the week before Thanksgiving and did a top to bottom deep cleaning. Staff was very courteous and double checked certain rooms with my wife to ensure they were well done. Would certainly use again!

Description of Work: House cleaning. The did not sweep or mope floors. They did minimal dusting. They would only do 2 of 4 bathrooms and told me to read the fine print. They did a good job cleaning bathrooms. Their reduced cost service was more than I pay for my regular cleaning and did not do as good a job.

Description of Work: A crew of five whipped through my house stellarley. I declined their offer of changing my sheets and cleaning the inside of my fridge, but I thought those were great options. Will use them again for sure.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal, $125 for 4 Hours of Housecleaning. Overall it went well. However, I wasn’t pleased when I found them standing on my kitchen counter in order to clean the top of my cabinets.

Description of Work: Cleaned all of the bathrooms, kitchen, vacuumed the carpet. They did the baseboards as well mop the floors. And they wiped down some of my walls. The didn't do the best job on my Windows that I thought should have been. I called the owner up, and they came back out the next day. I give them a B+

Description of Work: Overall, they did an ok job. Missed some spots here and there but they did clean the missed areas once pointed out.

Description of Work: Dust, including blinds, tables, furniture, celing fans and baseboards. Wiped down kitchen cabinets and cleaned refrigerator inside and out. Cleaned cooktop. Offered to clean ovens, but my ovens are self-cleaning. Vacuumed all rooms. Cleaned all wood and ceramic floors. Cleand all bathrooms and kitchen. Only one complaint...they did not move furniture to vacuum under or behind. Did not move item on dresser to dust until I asked but then they did. All work they did was well done. The were fast and effecient. I would have them come back.
