Description of Work: I think if your home has 3 bathrooms, then all 3 should be cleaned. You have 4 bedrooms and all 4 bedrooms were cleaned. All bedrooms and bathrooms are normally used a home.

Description of Work: The manager of the team, who came in and directed everyone to their respective duties, was rude. I have zero tolerance for someone being in my home, who I need to trust to work without my supervision, who is being rude. I immediately lose that trust.

Description of Work: Whole house deep cleaning service special. I bought this service as a gift to my parents. I gave the company my fathers name and number so that he could set up an appointment directly with them. On the morning of the set appointment time, one of the workers called to say they were having car problems and that they would need to reschedule the service the next day. They apologized for the inconvenience. Once they arrived at my parents home the next day, it was about 4 cleaners and they got right to work! Everything the service was to provide they did. They were professional, listened to all special directions and did a pretty thorough job. The value for the service was comparable as well. I would utilize this company in the future.

Description of Work: For a deep cleaning I expected more. Yes they cleaned the inside of the refrigerator but the kitchen floor looked like it wasn't even vacuumed. Same with the bathroom floors. Wouldn't purchase this again.

Description of Work: they cleaned my house but not thoroughly for a deep clean. it was more of a surface job. |They were 3-4 hours late on our appointment date and needed to book to come back. i had to show they where they had not cleaned: behind and under the bed, top of fridge, behind appliances, etc. they were friendly and offered to do 1 floor for free the next time, but I think a deep cleaning has to be very detailed and complete. I should not have to tell them what to do.

Description of Work: The service performed was very good but they did not show up on the original date scheduled and the service had to be rescheduled. Other than that, I would recommend Real Touch Maids.

Description of Work: They were three hours late and advised me at or near scheduled arrival. No offer to compensate for my inconvenience. Poor cleaning with smears on furniture floors cabinet tips and dust on chair frames. Did not call to at they were finishing as requested Hate to be so critical but they offer a service and need to be professional even on a bad day.

Description of Work: Everything promised was done, but they had a hard time cleaning unsealed grout in kitchen, said there would be an additional charge to bring a machine to scrub it. house was clean with no chemical smell. Clean kitchen, bathrooms, beds were changed and made- nice job!

Description of Work: They arrived a bit late - but called to tell me they were running behind, and did show up when they said they would. I paid for a deep cleaning, but it seemed like a regular cleaning to me. They did dust the blinds, which is not usually part of the service, and did a really good job on the stovetop. They cleaned both bathrooms, dusted and vacuumed the whole apartment. Overall, I was satisfied.
