Description of Work: The girls were very nice. Only the "forewoman" could speak English. They arrived at my residence @45 mins. late. They came without trash bags, wax etc. I had to ask them to go back and clean an upstairs wood floor. There were pieces of paper left on the carpet, no baseboards were cleaned. I was disappointed overall.

Description of Work: Cleaned all the wood floors and everything listed in the ad.. oven and frig as well.... Very Good deal.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $139 home deep cleaning. The experience was ok; it wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad. They cleaned a large house, but when I walked into the living room, I could tell they had a missed a few spots right away. However, they were easy to schedule with and I do think they tried.

Description of Work: They arrived a few minutes early and there were four ladies who went right to work. I do have a few issues that they don't move the smaller furniture to vacuum under it (I have a cat that sheds) but other than that, they do a terrific job.

I did find some places that were not cleaned as well as I would have liked....corners, under furniture, etc. But all in all they did a nice job....courteous, helpful, kind. They did ask me to check before they left but that would have taken too much time to go into all the corners & crevices to investigate. Overall they did okay.

Description of Work: I requested a move out cleaning. I found that they missed a lot of spots on baseboards and railings. When I pointed them out they were very friendly and responsive but I always feel uncomfortable doing that and I shouldn't have to. There were some problems with scheduling. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a real deal for a deep dive clean including oven & fridge. I was satisfied with their work and hired them for ongoing cleaning services.

Description of Work: The service was not what I call 'cleaning' but more of a dusting and wiping. They vacuumed, wiped bathroom sinks and commodes but when they left, my home didn't smell clean. They were concerned with cleaning my fridge and oven which was not what I asked them to do. Little things were overlooked like baseboards and the storm door windows and my kitchen floor was barely wiped. When a cleaning company is hired, I expect it to be more than what they did.

Description of Work: A team of 4 people and a supervisor arrived on time. I went over with the supervisor what what would be done, he gave instructions to the group and assigned a leader. One woman was dusting the hutch and didn't remove the fabric. I asked her, actually motioned to her to remove it as she didn't speak English. She seemed to understand and took the picture frames of the fabric to dust and polish underneath. However, my dresser upstairs only had the immediate front dusted and another surface only had the frames wiped. I showed the supervisor and she said sorry and did what I asked AFTER I asked her and began taking items off of the dresser. I had a flower that required more than a duster to clean and the cleaner stated no she couldn't do it. I stated this was to be an intense cleaning. She did put a wet cloth to it, but not a good job. Checking my hardwood floor steps after a supposed mopping, I still saw stains. Told supervisor who said sorry and went again to clean. There was no mop in evidence, a wet cloth was placed under a "swifter like" contraption. The spots were removed but I am not impressed by the way my stairs look. I have artifacts in the corner stair landing that were not dusted properly. Also, dust was still under the furniture in the living room and the metal glass table top was cleaned, but the metal frame recieved dusting not a wipe down with a metal cloth. The linen was changed, but the dirty linen did not go downstairs. They did take the trash outside, but did not put in the respecticles. My spouse came home and had to put in the trash cans! |The refrigerator, microwave and stove were expertly cleaned. I had to remind to have the toaster oven cleaned. It too was cleaned well. | |They were professional and responsive when I pointed out something to them. However, the trash incident was the last straw. I will not use them again.
