No problems with the company but I ended up not needing to have the service performed.

I would not rate the company as low as I did if they had a minimum amount of decency. We had an agreement for bi-weekly cleanings and we've used them over the past few months. I wasn't happy with the quality but stuck with them as I didn't have time to look for someone else at the time. I had to cancel cleaning for the past month but texted cleaning crew manager on Wednesday, Nov 12 asking if we could renew our agreement and if he could start sending the crew again every two weeks. He said the Friday, Nov 14 wouldn't work but he would send the crew on Nov 21. So, on Nov 21, I contacted the crew manager three times over text and tried calling him as well to ask if the crew was coming. He didn't even respond. This is completely unprofessional. When you promise someone you will send the cleaning crew on x date , and they don't ever show up, the least you can do is to say and quot;hey sorry, can't send the crew todayand quot;. Instead he chose to ignore my messages. and please don't respond with your generic and quot;Dear member, We would like to thank you for your feedback and we are sorry for any inconveniences we had causedand quot;. you say that to everyone. This just shows you do not care for your clients' feedback at all. Very unprofessional.

I purchased this last year, and then was diagnosed with cancer. I have been going through some major surgery and other complications. I thought by now, I would be able to have them in but I can't. The company offered to work with me, and seemed very nice from the communication that we had. I would like to get a refund because I just don't know when I could do this and what the future will bring. thank you!

They thoroughly cleaned the house, which was quite messy and hadn't had a thorough cleaning in quite some time. My only issue is the price. I asked them how much they would charge for a weekly or every other week cleaning and the price they quoted was greater than others I have heard of.

When I tried to reschedule, I sent the message to do so and then gave them the address saying any time that week would be fine and they never responded.

This is my 4th time using this company. in the past I've always worked in my home office while they cleaned and they seem to do an ok job. This time I actually watched them clean. The towels they use are old and dirty. I saw the cleaing lady wipe the dining room table, kitchen counter and refrigerator with the same total that was used to clean the baseboard and spindles. Disgusting. Another challenge is their workers can't speak English so when I tried to stop her she didn't understand what I was saying. I cannot recommend them.

The 4-person crew arrived on time, and quickly went to work. They did a great job on the bathrooms and the floors and the counters and didn't waste any time. They were thorough and pleasant and I was quite pleased with their work. I would definitely bring them back.

I am moving and need a company to clean my old house. I purchased a coupon online through Angie's List with Real Touch Maids. Somehow I ended up purchasing two coupons even though the limit was 1. When I went to book the service, a representative emailed me to tell me that there was fine print on the coupon excluding me from using the service for the purpose of move-in/move-out cleaning. When I called the company this morning to see if I could apply the $250 ($125/coupon) credit toward a move-in/move-out cleaning, they told me to contact Angie's List to get a refund. Then instructed me to call them back to book the move-in/move-out cleaning service. I called Angie's List and spoke with Josh who said refund should be no trouble and sent me this form.

The team did an ok job with cleaning. Nothing wowed me about their service. I expected the cleaners to wear shoe covers or no shoes as they cleaned my house, as past cleaners have, but they did not. After they left, we identified areas where they either did not clean under furniture. Also, they broke a candle in my bath room (small not expensive one, but they broke it nevertheless) as well as made the hanging mirror in my foyer to fall. It's caused us to have to go out and replace the wire and rehang the mirror. The cleaning person was apologetic, but never offered to do anything. I thought we'd get a call from the company about the incidents, but never did. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were okay. It was a deal and they honored it. They came within a week of the purchase. I like that they were on time. The did a good job and they were very professional. I had no problems correcting whatever problem I had. The price was reasonable.

The did a superb job. On time, thorough, very pleasant. The cleaners worked consistently hard the entire time they were here and I can't say enough about the great job they did.

Excellent work, even did some dishes which we had inadvertently left. This was not part of the job description.

I wasn't too impressed with them. They honored the price but they met the minimum requirement of what was advertised. They had advertised they would clean the baseboards but one side of one small, two inch area of the baseboard is not the same as cleaning a baseboard and that was one of the things that I noticed because I was there when they were cleaning. There was a guy that came in; I don't know if he was the interpreter or what, but he sat in his car and it was like he gave them the time frame to finish up. It was like, do it in this time frame, or else, and that was the impression that I got. So that there said a lot about their professionalism. It was just kind of eerie. He just walked in, looked around, gave directions and walked out and I didn't see him anymore. They did the minimum that they could to make sure that they met what was advertised. They didn't clean the insides of the refrigerator because I had told them they didn't have because I had just cleaned it. Everything else was expected but they definitely didn't go above and beyond. The two women that came in did work hard.

They fulfilled the offer and did a great job. No issues.

I was not amazed, but they were okay. They kind of ended early and felt like they I didn't have any more to clean. There was a guy at the beginning that spoke English, but he wasn't there at the end, so I couldn't make the conversation whey they were leaving early.

I was satisfied with the results. Would I call it a and quot;deep cleanand quot;? Probably not, but a thorough cleaning, absolutely. They dusted, vacuumed, washed floors, and did the kitchen and bathrooms to my satisfaction. The ladies were pleasant and professional.

The service did not go very well. I have since gone with a different housecleaning company. They broke a few of my things. The first time they came out they did a good job, but then their service kept getting worst. They did offer to pay for the broken things. The guy who operated the cleaning team did so in an odd fashion. A crew of 4 came out with their own cleaning supplies. They completed the job in an hour and a half. They were able to clean the entire house. I never had any issues contacting them or scheduling a service.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They did a great job with work.

Three ladies came and worked for 3 hours to get the house very clean. They were also right on time and did a quick walk-around first when they came to see what I wanted to focus on.

My experience was not very good. They missed quite a few spots during their cleaning. There were three people here doing the work and they were here shorter than we expected.

My experience was great! They left my front door and gate open so my dog got loose. Scheduling an appointment was fine. There were three or four people here doing the work. They were really fast. The deal stated they would clean sheets, etc. and I did not think they did that but I was happy the work.

It was supposed to be a deep cleaning, but 3 people spent a total of 50 minutes and didn't do a thorough cleaning. They also didn't show up until noon after they called me at 8 in the morning to tell me they were on the way.
