I purchased the Angie's deal for $80 for 4 hours of housecleaning. The company sent two staff members to clean my 750 sq. ft. condo. The staff did an incredible job, especially for the price. However, you should be aware of the following issues: * Scheduling will occur through emails, and although they are flexible to accomodate you, it may take a few days of back and forth to book a cleaning. * The chemicals they use are especially harsh, and I would recommend you give them any preferred products especially if you plan to stay indoors while they clean. I simply went to the terrace. * The deal was for two hours, but the staff left 15-20 minutes early. This was okay since they did a thorough job. However I did ask for services that their website says are offered by request (laundry, windows) and they said they don't perform those unless I and quot;hireand quot; them. I presume that means I need a contract with them for regular service, and that the Angie's list promotional offer does not constitute hiring them. However, I felt this was vague on their website. I would recommend them for cleaning, and would use their services again.

They did an OK job, but left the bathroom fairly dirty. Kitchen was just OK.

I had Real touch Maids come in and clean my house before we moved. The house was mostly empty. They did a very good job, however, we noticed there is a sticky substance that happened to be splashed on walls and some spots on teh floor. We have not contacted the company yet to let them know so I can not post on how responsive they are or will be. However, the company did do what I listed including cleaning the inside of the fridge and freezer and cleaning the blinds.

Overall, I am happy with the service. The team consisting of three women arrived on time. They did a good job overall although some areas were not cleaned thoroughly and required post-cleaning. The cleaning of the house, mostly empty at the time of the service, of about 4000 square feet was completed in about 2 hours.

They were punctual, precise and professional. I was rather satisfied about their work, so much that I hired Real Touch Maids on a permanent basis. I would recommend them with confident to anybody.

They were supposed to arrive at 8:30 in the morning. I called, and they said there was an accident on 495 and they needed to reschedule. In the end, they came that afternoon at 2:00. They did an okay job, a good basic cleaning, but not extremely thorough.

I called and left a message and had a returned call that same day. They were on time and did a great job cleaning. I have already recommended them to friends and colleagues.

The team at Real Touch is A+ professional and friendly group of people! From getting an initial estimate, following up with the scheduled date and actually being on time to perform the cleaning, the entire process was easy! The house was in move in ready condition, and the team really did an amazing job to get the floors shining, counter tops and ovens cleaned and allowed me to have happy renters moving into the place. I will use this company for all of my cleaning needs!

The crew arrived promptly. In fact, they were there before I arrived. They were professional and friendly. The apartment had not been occupied for two years. They took on the challenge and did a great job in a dusty, dirty and moldy apartment. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I appreciate the work that they did. They are a fine group of trustworthy, hardworking individuals.

I'm a professional with very long hours of work and my husband does some traveling. I like my home to be immaculately clean and with this company I enjoy a beautiful home at an affordable price.The girls are attentive, polite, meticulous, and organized; and Henry is patient and flexible my my odd schedule. I started with them with their livingsocial offer and hired them to come by my apartment every other week. They clean everything beautifully! Scrub bathrooms, clean the kitchen, dust, mop, wipe, they even clean my balcony and help with my laundry when I pile up some. I'm in the process of purchasing a new home and I'm definitely keeping their services.

This company was selling voucher on livingsocial.com. We bought one and made appointment with them. They canceled appointment with us a few days before the appointment. Then called me again saying they can make it now. The guy showed up at my house to walk through the house with me. We got standard single house with 4 bed room and less than 2400 sq. It fitted their living social deal for single house $100. But this guy walked out on us the last min saying they do not want to do the work since they only get a portion of $100 from this deal and it is not worth of their work. I got a big event scheduled today and waiting for the house to be cleaned by them. They walked out on us! Do not ever use this company. They are not professional and responsible!!

Mr. Henry and Mr. Wendy were on time and very professional. They did an excellent job.

Real Touch Maids provides excellent service. They arrive on time and thoroughly clean our house every two weeks. I have had good cleaning services in the past, but none as good as them. Their attention to detail is outstanding.
