Real Touch Maids

The cleaners were on time and very professional. Henry came with two cleaners and was very thorough going through the house and asking me what I needed done. Everyone was very friendly, fast, and thorough. I would definitely use them again.

Being two working adults with our first child, we were finding it impossible to keep our condominium clean. The Real Touch Maids were a relief to have. The did a pretty good job, weren't distracted by our son trying to interact with them, but made time to acknowledge him and say a few kind words to him. I was a little disapointed that the crew changed out who the individuals were coming to clean our home from one visit to the next more often than I would have liked as I'd like to be familiar with who is cleaning around my son. But, more than once they found money I had misplaced and set it out for me on my desk, which was a big trust builder. They always left me with a clean home and even organized a bit as they cleaned, which removed the overwhelmed feeling and gave me a great foundation to keep a more orderly home.

These guys did a WONDERFUL job. I called them at the last minute because I had another company who was supposed to come and cancelled. I have people coming over this weekend, so I really needed the help getting the house in order. They came in, understood what needed to be done and got it done! I was so impressed I'm having them come over once a month! :)

I called to set up the work to be done and initially agreed upon a date and time. They made three changes to the date and time that they would provide the service following my initial call. Each time they changed the day/time of service I changed my plans to accommodate them. On the day of the service they arrived two hors early. I was in the middle of a project and asked them to give me a half hour before starting. The guy said he had called with the time change but A) I missed the call and B) I felt that was unacceptable to call an hour before they planned to be there. They performed the cleaning, however some things were done and others were not, i.e. the steps to the upstairs were vacuumed, but the open stairs to the basement were not. One of the three beds were made up, the other two were not. One toilet was left uncleaned. Later, I received an email from them with.an attachment through Zorpia asking access to my email contact list. I found that to be extremely unprofessional. I have since received two additional similar emails from them in the same vein. Needless to say, I won't be using their service again.

The job wasn't as thorough as advertised. They didn't get into the corners or move furniture in the way that an advertised seasonal cleaning probably should. But for the price, I didn't really expect what they were advertising.

The 2 housecleaning ladies arrived 5 minutes early along with a gentleman who asked me exactly what service I needed and he did a quick walk through with me and asked me a few questions to make sure we were on the same page with details. He then communicated the specifics of the job to the ladies and he left. The ladies were quiet and very diligent with their work. Our bathroom is large and it has many plastic organizational pieces to keep our toiletries and supplies organized and large mirrors. The one lady concentrated on the bathroom while the other did the BR, LR, DR and kitchen. The bathroom was due for a thorough detailed cl;eaning and she did an excellent job. It was spotless when she finished. She wipeddown every single item in the bathroom, down to cleaning the hairspray off of the hand mirror. The other lady did the other rooms, leaving the kitchen for last. We had paid for 4 hours of cleaning so they had to stop on time and that they did. The kitchen was basically cleaned but not nearly as detailed as the bathroom. I think it is just because they ran out of time. I will ask that they concentrate on the kitchen next time and we will see. I am confident that they will do an excellent job so I plan to call them again for sure.

Wendy and her crew did an amazing job-- they cleaned every nook and cranie and by the time they left, everything was spotless. They also cleaned my oven, bathroom shower tiles, behind the refrigerator and kitchen appliances and other areas that I hadn't been able to ever fully clean! Wendy makes the impossible possible! I highly recommend her and for $149 for almost three hours of cleaning, you can't beat it!

They did a great job but were not on time; which was kind of irritating. They were not ridiculously late but they were about an hour behind their late window that they had given me. But once they got here they were super-fast and it looks like they did a good job. I believe they brought 3 or 4 people and made pretty quick work of it; so that was good.

Original service date was missed because and quot;flat tireand quot; when I offered to do it later to give time for them to fix flat, they still couldn't do. 2nd service date, they were late At the end of the service, I forgot to leave a check with my girl friend. His text, I quote, and quot;Hey Marcel, what is the deal you girlfriend dont have the money to pay usand quot; Although he was truly rude, I offered to pay by phone. The actual service: -We found items just thrown into drawers, our mistake for not having time to put away some cups etc... but they could of been put aside and then placed back. Clean wise, they put so much bleach, that's all I smelled for days after.

Everything was beautiful when they left. I will definitely contact them again.

The crew performed in a professional manner and did an outstanding job. The crew leader accepted my special requests in a polite and friendly way, and relayed the information to the crew immediately. Real Touch exceeded my expectations and left my home cleaner than it has looked in a long time.

Although they did a good job cleaning, I had asked when I purchased if it would be a and quot;deepand quot; cleaning which would include appliances, baseboards, etc. They said yes, it included everything. When they came to the house the ladies were very professional. The man that came asked before they started if I would be using them again, which made me a little uncomfortable because I hadn't see how they would do yet. If you just want a basic, but thorough cleaning--they are good. However, I wanted a deep cleaning to include things I don't normally do myself and it is not that type of cleaning.

Scheduling via e-mail was easy and they showed up promptly. They did a thorough and satisfying, though perhaps not spectacular, job. I'd have no hesitation to use them again.

The team was on time and very friendly. They had a gentleman with them to help with translation of my requirements and to get them started. Some of the work was performed better than other parts of the work. For example, they did an excellent job in cleaning the bathrooms, but the vacuuming was mediocre, at best. They also did an very good job in cleaning the kitchen appliances and sink. We didn't find out until after they had departed, however, that they had broken a picture frame that was sitting on the floor, against the wall, in the MBR and they never mentioned this to us. Overall, a good job.

While Henry was accommodating when it came to scheduling, in the end it didn't matter, as they kept confirming for the wrong day, and when the day was finally right, they showed up HOURS early. I guess I was expecting a little more, and I was hoping to find a service that I could continue with - but it's definitely not these guys. They did a very poor job on the 60% of the house they bothered to clean. They didn't touch two entire floors (and I paid for 4,000 sq ft of cleaning, and my house is only 3,700 square feet including the basement!), didn't move anything back where they found it (couches, garbage cans, etc.), and we ended up finding all the garbage they and quot;took outand quot; in the garage the next day (and why were they in my garage in the first place??). They used their own vacuum cleaner (I hope none of their other clients have fleas or bugs!), and *my* Febreze. I know I can be picky, but it's the little things that count - like lifting the toilet seat up to clean underneath - cleaning the chrome on the shower - wiping down the baseboards since I have two dogs - moving the couch back where you found it when you put it across the room to vacuum underneath. Even though i communicated all of these things, two women came and were and quot;doneand quot; in less than two hours, and then my husband and I spent almost an hour putting things back and tidying up after they left - so, all in all, cleaning service FAIL. UPDATE: The scales have now tipped from NO to H*LL NO - the ladies who cleaned my bathroom got water and cleaning solution on my husband's straight razor and ruined it. Replacing or repairing the razor is going to cost as much as the cleaning service, if not more, and there has been no response whatsoever from the company or any attempts at reparation. AVOID if you value your time and property.

The special covered 2 people for 2 hours of cleaning so I had them skip the spare bedroom and my teenagers room. I was more worried about the rest of the house anyway. They actually took longer than 2 hours because the house was very messy, it was late Friday afternoon when they arrived but they called in reinforcements and Wendy and Raquel showed up to help finish the job. They even cleaned the inside of all the windows, straightened, dusted, cleaned every surface and all the floors. Outstanding!

Realtouch Maids of Sterling regularly give me excellent service. They are thorough, punctual and efficient. They go beyond the required. Noticing that my vent was rusted, Henry took it off. He also called me to let me know about a vent cleaning bargain. The women do their work quickly and efficiently and are very polite and helpful. They are responsive to my requests and feedback.

I did not have work performed. We originally scheduled an appointment and the cleaners were a no-show. I called and left a message, which was promptly returned and rescheduled. The second appointment there was a miscommunication on timing. For me, a two hour appointment with "we will be there 10am - 12pm" means the work will occur during this time. The intended meaning was we will arrive between 10am - 12pm and then work two hours, which wasn't agreeable with our schedule so we put in for a refund

The work was very sloppy and the bathrooms were left filthy. I don't even think that they touched the floors - paint chips and debris on the floor. I questioned the soap residue on the show door and was told that they do not clean stains. I demonstrated that the and quot;stainand quot; was only soap and scraped some off with my pen but was informed that there would be no action taken on that. The shower was not cleaned by them either (see photo of soap holder). I cannot see whay they did in the house except for cleaning the counter, putting a cleaner and stain on the fridge (with streaks), washing the windows. I cannot see evidence of any other tasks performed on the house. Too bad I can't figure out how to submit photos. The pictures say it all.

I contacted the owner through email and received a prompt reply. I was able to schedule service quickly. The service was performed as promised on the original day scheduled. They did have to move the time slightly from the first time given but it was not a problem. The service was done well and the house was clean. I would use them again.

Real Touch came out to clean my house as part of their and quot;Big Dealand quot; promotion. I was looking for a company to conduct regular maid service and thought this special would be a good way to try them out and see if I wanted to used them regularly. They had a total of four people come out and clean my house. They did a very good job considering the work that had to be done. The attitudes were great - always smiling and they seemed genuinely happy doing the job. There were, however, a couple of issues. The shower was in dire need of a really good cleaning - my wife and I have injuries that make it difficult to do some of that type of cleaning. They did an outstanding job on the shower; however, the caulk was pealing away from the tile and with the amount of cleaning they had to do, a lot of water got behind the wall and into the closet, causing water damage to a piece of furniture in there. I do wish the cleaner had realized what would have happened, but it was mainly my fault because the caulk did need to be replaced. Some of the cleaners did the job with more care than other ones. One of the cleaners was a bit rough on the blinds and I can see the strings breaking eventually. Some walls had marks on them and they were not cleaned. But, again, considering the initial shape of the house, I was very happy. I have since had them out again as part of a routine service and was happy with their service, although the walls still have not been touched. This is partly my fault for not pointing out the things I wanted done. I'll do so next time. Pricing for biweekly cleaning is quite reasonable compared to other services I checked out. Overall, I am happy with their service.

They did a very good job. Dusted, mopped, and did a great job of getting pet hair off of my sofas and chairs. In fact, I have since contracted them to clean my house every other week. My only complaint is that they didn't dust the ceiling fans.

I hired Real Touch to do a complete house cleaning after the remodeling of the lower level. They spent approximately three hours cleaning. Once done, I had to point out some places they missed, like chair legs and sides of some furniture, which they went back and redusted. I also had to remind them to use the hardwood cleaner for the floors instead of using soap and water. I rehired them to do a monthly cleaning for the next four months at which time I will reevaluate the quality of work.

I called. We made an appointment that they were on time for. They got right to work and did a fabulous job. Pleasant and easy to work with. I did not necessarily expect this, but that is what happened. Very reasonable price.
